 PREAMBLE
We, the Free Sovereign Beings of the Kingdom of Canada, and the world under the protection and guidance of Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First, do hereby affirm and declare that:
All rights are inherent, unalienable, and derived from Divine Creation.
They are not granted by governments, corporations, or institutions, and cannot be lawfully revoked, suspended, modified, or negotiated away.
This Sovereign Charter serves not as permission from government to live freely, but as a solemn recognition of the eternal rights bestowed upon all Free Beings under Natural Law.

 ARTICLES OF THE SOVEREIGN CHARTER

Article I: Right to Life and Sovereignty
Every Being is born free, sovereign, and whole.
You are the sole authority over your body, spirit, mind, property, and destiny. No authority may lay claim over your Being.

Article II: Right to Conscience and Spiritual Practice
All Beings are free to live according to their conscience, divine calling, and inner knowing.
No Being is to be coerced into allegiance to any belief system, dogma, or ideology.

Article III: Right to Truthful Expression
Each Being holds the irrevocable right to speak, write, communicate, and share their truth without censorship, surveillance, or algorithmic manipulation.

Article IV: Right to Assemble and Associate Freely
Beings may gather, assemble, or commune in peace, whether in public or private, for any lawful purpose, without interference.

Article V: Right to Move and Travel Freely
No Being shall be restricted, tracked, or conditioned in their movement by license, passport, surveillance, or artificial jurisdiction.

Article VI: Right to Decline
All Beings hold the absolute right to say NO — to medical procedures, technologies, digital systems, contracts, injections, masks, data collection, or mandates of any kind.

Article VII: Right to Self-Defense and Protection of Realm
Each Being may bear arms and defend themselves, their family, their property, and the Realm against unlawful force, aggression, or tyranny.

Article VIII: Right to Private Property and Stewardship
All Beings have the right to lawfully own, cultivate, and defend property. No foreign entity may seize, tax, or claim dominion over land or resources gifted by Creation.

Article IX: Right to Transparent and Accountable Governance
All agents acting in service to the People must operate with full transparency, honesty, and accountability.
Secret agendas, collusion with foreign powers, or violation of trust shall constitute High Treason.

Article X: Right to Remedy and Redress
Every Being has the right to seek remedy, justice, and redress through lawful and honorable means.
No court may deny the jurisdiction of Natural Law.

 NO LIMITATION CLAUSE
No Article of this Charter may be limited, suspended, overridden, or interpreted by any artificial construct or temporal government.
There shall be NO equivalent to Section 1 or Section 33 of the former Charter.

 DECLARATION OF ETERNAL STANDING
This Charter does not expire, and it is not subject to amendment by political or corporate means.
Its principles are eternal, divine, and universally binding across all territories and realms governed by Her Royal Majesty under Natural Law.
