To The Attention of:
1) We The People of the Kingdom of Canada
2) Armed Forces of the Kingdom of Canada [Search, Rescue and Extraction Team]
3) Special Forces of the Kingdom of Canada
4) All First Responders of the Kingdom of Canada
5) National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada
6) Department of Finance/Ministry of Finance
Re: Declaration of State of Emergency in Atlantic Provinces:
I AM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree DECLARING STATE OF EMERGENCY in the following Atlantic Provinces
1) Newfoundland,
2) Nova Scotia,
3) Prince Edward Island,
4) New Brunswick, and
5) Magdalen Islands [parts of Quebec]**
I hereby instruct all Agencies concerned named above to immediately:
a) Deploy five hundred to one thousand military personnel to each province to perform search, rescue and extract, children, pregnant, seniors physically impaired, women and men and livestock from the areas hit by Fiona hurricane.
b) Utilize Military Cargo Aircrafts to evacuate Children, Seniors, Pregnant Women, Physically Impaired, Women and Men and their livestock to unaffected Provinces.
c) Activate and execute Emergency Mandatory Evacuation in above Atlantic Provinces [affected areas]
d) Allocate and Release Emergency Rescue, Recovery, and Restoration Funds from the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada for the We The People affected by Fiona [hurricane]. The Budget per Province below:
1) Newfoundland = $One billion Dollars [$1,000,000,000.00]
2) Nova Scotia = $One billion Dollars [$1,000,000,000.00]
3) Prince Edward Island = $One billion Dollars [$1,000,000,000.00]
4) New Brunswick = $One billion Dollars [$1,000,000,000.00]
5) Magdalen Islands [South part of Quebec] = $One billion Dollars [$1,000,000,000.00]
6) Deliver Food, Clothing, Medicine, Blankets, personal hygiene essentials for adults and children and food for livestock and home pets.
7) Use Temporary Housing [prefabricated Homes] and heated Tents to house the Evacuees
8) Install desalination Water Facilities
9) Install Showers and Washroom Facilities
10) Install Temporary Hospitals - staffed 24/7
11) Install Temporary Industrial size Kitchen
12) Install Temporary Industrial size Laundry Facilities
13) Install Temporary Animal Hospital - Staff 24/7
14) Deploy Five hundred [500] to One Thousand [1000] ACTIVE and RESERVICE Personnel per affected Province with appropriate number of Military Air Planes and Helicopters and Ships [giving priorities to the heaviest hit areas].
15) Restore all essential services [electricity, water, gas, cell phone signals, cable, satellite] within 24 to 48 hours
16) Restore all Roads, highways, freeways, etc [including building bailey bridge, overpass, underpass, etc, [within 3 to 7 days from today]
This Royal Decree is effective immediately.
