THE CONSTITUTION OF THE KINGDOM OF CANADA AND THE WORLD. This Constitution establishes the Kingdom of Canada and the World as a sovereign, lawful jurisdiction under Natural Law. Declaration
This Constitution establishes the Kingdom of Canada and the World as a sovereign, lawful jurisdiction under Natural Law. It affirms the rights of all free and living beings and dissolves all systems that violate consent, freedom, or natural order.

Article I – The Living Sovereign
    1. Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First is the living Sovereign and Natural Law Guardian of the Kingdom of Canada and the World, Living Crown, Custodian of Earth and Humanity.
    2. Authority within the Kingdom is not derived from political structures, but from Natural Law and service to life.
    3. No foreign government, corporate entity, monarchy, or jurisdiction may override the authority of the Sovereign or the people.
    4. The Queen acts as protector of the people and steward of Natural Law.

Article II – Supremacy of Natural Law
    1. Natural Law is the highest authority and replaces all man-made legal codes, statutes, and political systems.
    2. All human beings are born with inherent sovereignty, freedom, and unalienable rights.
    3. Any law, treaty, or agreement that violates Natural Law is null and void.
    4. The enforcement of policies that contradict Natural Law is prohibited.

Article III – Free Sovereign Beings
    1. Every man, woman, and child is a sovereign, living being, not a legal fiction, corporate asset, or citizen subject.
    2. Government-issued identification, licensing, biometric control, and birth registration systems are abolished.
    3. No taxes, debts, licenses, or fees shall be imposed.
    4. The legal concept of the "person" as distinct from the living being is rejected.

Article IV – Peace and Non-Aggression
    1. The Kingdom of Canada and The World exist in perpetual peace with all sovereign beings and territories.
    2. Acts of war, militarization, occupation, covert operations, and technological warfare are prohibited.
    3. The use of biological weapons, frequency-based weaponry, and weather manipulation is forbidden.
    4. Lawful peacekeeping shall be conducted by volunteers guided by Natural Law, not by coercive military or police forces.

Article V – Governance Structure
    1. Governance will be exercised through assemblies, councils, and stewards selected by the people under Natural Law
    2. Political parties, lobbying, and corporate governments are prohibited and abolished.
    3. Leadership is based on merit, transparency, and service, not on money or manipulation.

Article VI – Justice and Remedy
    1. Justice will be administered by Natural Law courts composed of living men and women, not by corporate or maritime systems.
    2. Every being has the right to a fair hearing, a jury of peers, and access to remedy.
    3. Contracts and legal claims made through fraud, coercion, or legal fictions are void.
    4. Restorative justice, truth, and fairness are central; punishment systems are discouraged.

Article VII – Earth and Resources
    1. Earth’s resources are a common trust and cannot be privatized, corporatized, or weaponized.
    2. Land, water, energy, and food are to be shared in stewardship by all beings.
    3. The use of harmful technologies such as GMOs, geoengineering, 5G, and toxins is banned.
    4. All technologies must be safe, ethical, life enhancing, and benefit life.

Article VIII – Mind and Body Sovereignty
    1. Every being has full sovereignty over their own body, mind, spirit, and health.
    2. Mandatory medical procedures, implants, genetic modification, and surveillance are banned.
    3. Access to natural healing, clean food, and unpoisoned water is a guaranteed right.
    4. Psychological and neurological sovereignty must be respected at all times.

Article IX – Global Sovereign Cooperation
    1. Any free people, nation, or tribe that upholds peace and Natural Law may join the Kingdom.
    2. The United Nations, World Bank, IMF, WHO, and all similar agencies are rejected.
    3. The Kingdom of Canada leads and helps form a new Global Confederation of Free Sovereign Nations.
    4. No global agenda, commercial treaty, or centralized governance will override Natural Law.

Article X – Transition and Restoration
    1. Corporate governments, courts, and enforcement agencies are dissolved.
    2. All unlawful debts, taxes, fines, and contracts are canceled.
    3. Individuals unjustly imprisoned, impoverished, or harmed under old systems shall be restored and compensated.
    4. A peaceful global transition will be guided by Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First’ Royal Decrees and lawful community processes.


Legal Standing
This Constitution overrides all previous constitutions, colonial charters, and commercial legal systems. It is binding on all who choose to remain within the Kingdom and governs all actions in accordance with Natural Law.
