WHEREAS:
    1. The Sacred Body of every Free Sovereign Being is inviolable under Natural Law,
    2. The deployment and development of Cyber Interfaces for Intra-Body Communication (CIIBC) constitute a direct violation of human autonomy, consciousness, and bodily sovereignty,
    3. Such technologies—under the guise of medicine, convenience, or “progress”—are in fact tools of biometric surveillance, behavioral manipulation, and bio-digital enslavement,
    4. The use of CIIBC without full, sovereign, informed consent is a violation of Natural Law and amounts to bio-warfare and crimes against Life,

IT IS HEREBY DECREED:
    1. All cybernetic, electronic, synthetic, nano, AI, or smart interfaces intended for intra-body communication are immediately and permanently BANNED in the Kingdom of Canada and throughout the World under Natural Law.
    2. All installations, developments, or experiments involving CIIBC—public or private, civilian or military, governmental or corporate—are declared ILLEGAL, NULL, and VOID.
    3. Any person, corporation, entity, or foreign actor found engaged in CIIBC deployment, testing, or coercive application shall be subject to Natural Law Tribunal for violations of bodily sovereignty, biowarfare, and treason against Humanity.
    4. All contracts, patents, or regulatory permissions related to CIIBC within any jurisdiction under the Living Crown are REVOKED and declared non-existent under Natural Law.
    5. A Royal Global Moratorium is hereby declared on all Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI), smart implants, injectable microelectronics, graphene-based networks, and biometric neural mesh grids intended for interface with Free Sovereign Beings.
