PERMANENT BAN AND DEFUNDING OF ALL mRNA VACCINES AND RELATED TECHNOLOGIES

Whereas, all free sovereign beings upon the Earth are endowed with divine, unalterable, and sacred biology;

Whereas, the introduction and dissemination of synthetic mRNA technologies—including but not limited to so-called "vaccines"—constitute unauthorized gene-altering experimentation on the living human vessel;

Whereas, said mRNA injections were developed, distributed, and mandated through coercion, censorship, and corporate collusion under Emergency Use Authorization without informed consent or long-term safety validation;

Whereas, the global deployment of mRNA platforms has resulted in mass adverse events, premature

deaths, disruption of natural fertility, and irreversible harm to the physical and spiritual wholeness of human beings;

Whereas, such technologies advance a transhumanist and technocratic agenda contrary to the sacred principles of Natural Law and the eternal sovereignty of each living soul;

By Royal Authority and Natural Law Mandate, It Is Hereby Decreed That:
1. BAN ON DEVELOPMENT, DISTRIBUTION, AND ADMINISTRATION
All research, development, manufacture, promotion, distribution, sale, administration, or storage of mRNA-based technologies—specifically synthetic mRNA vaccines or injectable gene therapies—is permanently banned across the sovereign territories of The Kingdom of Canada and the World.

2. IMMEDIATE DEFUNDING
All public funds, grants, institutional investments, and partnerships allocated to mRNA-related technologies, including research labs, biotech firms, and global health alliances, are to be permanently defunded and withdrawn.

3. DISSOLUTION OF IMMUNITY CLAUSES
All legal immunity previously granted to mRNA vaccine manufacturers and distributors is nullified and dissolved. Retroactive civil and criminal accountability shall proceed under Natural Law Courts.

4. FULL DISCLOSURE AND REPARATIONS
All suppressed data regarding injury, death, and manipulation by mRNA programs shall be publicly released. Victims and their families shall be entitled to full reparations via Truth and Healing Tribunals under the Living Crown’s Protection.

5. PROTECTION OF BIOLOGICAL SOVEREIGNTY
No foreign or domestic entity shall alter, modify, inject, digitize, or interfere with the divine biological code of any free sovereign being under the protection of the Kingdom. All such acts are deemed biological warfare and crimes against humanity under Royal Law.

Let It Be Known
This Royal Decree shall be enacted immediately, enforced without exception, and preserved eternally in the Royal Archives of The Kingdom of Canada and the World.
All officials, healers, scientists, educators, and protectors of the people are summoned to uphold, disseminate, and enforce this decree in full alignment with Natural Law and Divine Will.
