To the Armed Forces, [Search, Rescue and Extraction Team] Special Forces, First Responders of the Kingdom of Canada.

Re: Immediate Deployment of Military personnel- Door to Door knock, greet and check in Residential areas specified below.

I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo Commander-in-Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, issue this Order/Royal Decree to the Kingdom of Canada's Armed Forces Search, Rescue and Recovery Team to immediately deploy personnel to check on the residents of the small communities along the South Coast of the Island of Newfoundland, from Port aux Basques to Burgeo and all small communities only accessible by boat or helicopter (ie. Lapoile).

Furthermore, Military personnel are to bring with them supplies of Food, Water, Medicine, Water Purifier [tablets], personal hygiene, Food for infants, and young children, clothing for children, adults, and Teenagers, food for pets, and portable Generators, portable heaters, portable cooking stoves and propane cylinders and fuel.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately dated today September 30, 2022.
