-Minister of Transportation

-Minister of Seniors

-Minister of infrastructure and Highways

-Minister of Finance

Re: Nunavik Norther Territories of Province of Quebec Installation of Clean Drinking Water -Desalinations Facilities

I AM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander -in-Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree instructing the Province of Quebec to:

1) Install desalination water facilities in Nunavik Northern Territories of the Province of Quebec by September 30, 2022

2) Distribute portable water purifiers, portable generators, portable propane stove and portable heaters.

3) Distribute, Food, Medicine, Clothing, and personal hygiene supplies [for Seniors, Children and Adults male and female]

4) Restore all essential services [electricity, water, telephone, gas, cable, etc] by September 30, 2022

5) Restore all Road infrastructures [highways, bridges, freeways, railways, local roads, etc, etc] by October 3, 2022.

Please and thank you. This Royal Decree is effective immediately, dated today September 28, 2022.

And so it is.
