I, Queen Romana Didulo of Canada, Head of State and Commander-in-Chief, Head of Government hereby this day proclaim, barter, lawful in the entire Country of Canada.
This Law of Barter, permits goods vs services, goods vs goods, services vs services to be exchanged without monetary exchange (no money needed.)
