I AM Queen Romana Didulo of the Kingdom of Canada, Head Of State and Commander-in-Chief, President, Head of Government and National Indigenous Chief hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today May 24, 2022.

I AM Queen Romana hereby instruct any and all Departments/Ministries to immediately deploy military personnel to the City of Ottawa and other Cities in the Province of Ontario and Quebec to restore all public utilities within 8 to 24 hours in every city affected by the Thunderstorm over this past weekend.
