I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief of North America, President, 1st Prime Minister, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, Queen of America, Queen of North American, and Queen of The World under Natural Law hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today December 5, 2024 as follows, under “Natural Law.”

Section 1 – BITCOIN[s]

Forthwith, BITCOIN that has ZERO tangible assets [ i.e.precious metal, minerals, etc] as collateral is the equivalent to a FIAT currency [they can print, print, and print and print].

1A – BITCOIN [s] is dependent on the internet being stable, reliable, and decentralized...

At the present time, the internet can be turned off by those who had had absolute control over it from the beginning of time...

1B] BITCOIN [S] can possibly lend support to the idea that those who have nefarious globalist agenda wishing to control, enslave and terrorize the entire homo sapiens in this star system with one key stroke...back to global financial hegemony again.

1C] BITCOIN [s] can possibly lend support to nefarious entities/individuals intending to steal and wipe out the assets and Wealth of THE WE THE PEOPLE, instantly worldwide.

1D] The internet, satellites, and super computers used for mining bitcoins are controlled by the select few. Not controlled by WE THE PEOPLE.

1E] BITCOIN [s] creators / miners do not have a brick and mortar office[s] where the WE THE PEOPLE can go and request for compensation or reimbursement IF and WHEN their bitcoins are stolen from their wallets. Thus plunging those BITCOIN owners into instant poverty, financial hardships, and enslavement.

1F] BITCOIN [s] creators/miners do not have TANGIBLE ASSETS backing up each and every BITCOIN placed on a ledger.

1G] BITCOIN [s] creators/miners while their premise are access and convenience – it fails the test of fundamentals of security, reliability, accountability and responsibility for the billions of homo sapien lives affected in the event that the super computers self-programs its systems to sabotage and destroy the entire homo sapiens species by destroying its records of bitcoins, wallets, ownership, and mining computers.

Section 2 - Ministries/Bureaus and / or Departments affected by this Royal Decree

Forthwith, all Ministries/Bureaus and or departments affected by this Royal Decree are hereby instructed to work cohesively and ensure companies are fully in compliance with all requirements herein.

Section 3 - Violators of this Royal Decree

Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, enslavement, slavery, artificial creation of famine, financial fraud, corruption, embezzlement, crimes against homo sapiens / crimes against humanity.

Section 4 - Daily financial penalty

Daily financial penalty of “one billion dollars” backed by gold and silver for every violation / infraction.”

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.
