I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, Commander -in-Chief, President, 1st Prime Minister, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree, dated today November 13, 2024 to all Kingdom of Canada and Global Special Allied Forces AND respective Ministries to action FORTHWITH this Royal Decree as specified herein under Natural Law;
Section 1] FORTHWITH, I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, hereby, decree the End of Catch and Release – Bail System Nationally
Section 2] FORTHWITH, I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, hereby decree, Zero Bail for Violent Criminal Offenders
Section 3] I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, hereby decree, Zero Bail for REPEAT Violent Criminal Offenders
Section – 4] FORTHWITH, I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, hereby decree Zero Bail for Violent Domestic Offenders
Section – 5] FORTHWITH, I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, hereby decree Zero Bail for Firearm Offenders [exception in self-defence case]
Section -6] FORTHWITH, I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, hereby decree Zero Bail for Human smugglers and Traffickers
Section -7] FORTHWITH, I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, hereby decree Zero Bail for sexual abuse against children.
Section -8] FORTHWITH, I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, hereby decree Zero Bail for violent and criminal gang offences.
Section -9] FORTHWITH, I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, hereby decree Zero Bail for manufacturing and distributing illicit drugs.
Section -10] FORTHWITH, I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, hereby decree Zero Bail for car jacking.
Section -11] FORTHWITH, I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, hereby decree Zero Bail for Rape and child rape.
Special Note, the list is not exhaustive...zero bail for violent and criminal offenders under Natural Law [case must have substance; not form]

SECTION 13, Arrest and charge all who have caused and continue to cause catch and release bail hearing compromising the integrity, safety, security and sovereignty of The Kingdom of Canada’s PEACE AND PROSPERITY, with the following:
a] domestic terrorism,
b] international terrorism,
c] blackmail,
d] extortion,
e] artificial creation of famine,
f] economic sabotage [territorial, provincial, national and individuals living on Reserves and off Reserves]
g] bribery,
h] fraud,
i] treason and high treason
j] crimes against Canadian Nationals [every man, lady, baby boy, and baby girl]/ CRIMES AGAINST Humanity
k] money laundering
l] propaganda
m] embezzlement, ETC
This Royal Decree is effective immediately and retroactively January 1, 2020
And so it is.
