(3) FORTHWITH, DEFUND all levels of Governments [Federal, Provincial, Territorial, Municipal, etc] and or Organizations operating under MARITIME LAW/ADMIRALTY LAW/COMMON LAW in The Kingdom of Canada.

I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, Commander -in-Chief, President, 1st Prime Minister, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree, dated today November 5, 2024 to all Kingdom of Canada and Global Special Allied Forces AND respective Ministries to action FORTHWITH this Royal Decree as specified herein under Natural Law;

Section -1] Forthwith, Canada Revenue Agency [CRA] is forthwith dismantled and defunded. In real terms, this means the Agency responsible for the administration of the Income Tax, the Excise Tax Act, and legislation[s] relating to the Canada Pension Plan, Employment Insurance, Softwood Lumber, Tobacco, Alcohol, Social benefit and Tax Credit programs on behalf of Federal, Provincial, Territorial and First Nations Governments [already dismantled] is effectively null and void. Collection of income tax and all other taxes is prohibited except “luxury tax set at 10%” and “Excise Tax” collected at all ports of entry by the National Treasury of The Kingdom of Canada.

1a] All money[s] inside the bank account of Canada Revenue Agency are forthwith transferred to the mother / master account of the National Treasury of The Kingdom of Canada.

1b] Administration of all Social benefit is now under The Kingdom of Canada’s National Treasury.

1c] Tax Credit programs [until all monies in the said account have been depleted]is effectively now administered by The Kingdom of Canada’s National Treasury

1d] Administration of all social benefits and tax credits requires ZERO digital identification.

Section -2] Ministries, and all related services and authorities and or qualified immunity of, CANADA REVENUE AGENCY [CRA] and Revenue Quebec are forthwith, nullified, dismantled and defunded.

Section -3] Forthwith, all services and authorities pertaining to Immigration Act, are forthwith dismantled and defunded.

Section 4] Forthwith, all services and authorities pertaining to Health Canada Act, are forthwith dismantled and defunded.

Section 5] Forthwith, all services and authorities pertaining to Animals, Wildlife, Plants, and Species Act, are forthwith dismantled and defunded.

Section 6] Forthwith, all services and authorities pertaining to Canada Firearms Act [CAFC] are forthwith dismantled and defunded.

Section 7] Forthwith, all services and authorities pertaining to Controlled Drugs & Substances Act are forthwith dismantled and defunded.

Section 8] Forthwith, all services and authorities pertaining to LCBO Tax Act are forthwith dismantled and defunded.

Section 9] Forthwith, all services and authorities pertaining to Tobacco Tax Act are forthwith dismantled and defunded.

Section 10] Forthwith, all services and authorities pertaining to Copy Right Act [Counterfeit goods are forthwith dismantled and defunded.

Section 11] Forthwith, return of Ownership of all corporations, capital investments, holdings, cash, bank accounts, trading accounts, investment account[s], trust accounts, attorney trust accounts, realty properties, stocks, bonds, etc, and all profits to every Canadian Nationals whose natural birth name, legal name, lawful name, birth certificate, baptismal certificate, marriage certificate, etc, have been unlawfully and force-ably captured, and without prior written informed consent thereafter incorporated and used as a collateral for the creation of financial instruments/bonds and TRADED on the stock exchange domestically and internationally using, power of attorney, enduring power of attorney, proxy voting, special power of attorney, extra ordinary powers of attorney, Trustees, Guardians, etc, etc.

Section 12] All privileges authorities, power of attorney, enduring power of attorney, extra ordinary powers of attorney, trusteeship, guardianship, adoptions, qualified immunity, assets, holdings, bank accounts, sub accounts, trust accounts, investment accounts, trading accounts, holding accounts, realty property[s], etc, etc, of all said fictional entities/ corporations created previously under Maritime Law by using mirroring of name [living man/lady’s name mirrored by creating a name that is incorporated] are hereby lawfully transferred to their RIGHTFUL Owners respectively-the natural living blood flowing man, lady, baby boy, and baby girl [of homo sapien species.

Section – 13] FORTHWITH, all monies previously sent to REVENUE CANADA and REVENU QUEBEC, and all governments [Federal, Provincial, Territorial, and municipal, ETC,] operating under MARITIME LAW are forthwith DEFUNDED. All funds are to be credited DIRECTLY back to The Kingdom of Canada’s National Treasury.

Section – 14] All monies earmarked previously for "REVENUE CANADA and REVENU QUEBEC” are to be redirected to the respective Ministries whom are responsible for deliveries of the same services and programs for the whole of The Kingdom of Canada for example Ministry of Family, Ministry of Children and Youth, Ministry of Seniours/Ancestors, Ministry of Home Education, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Well, Ministry of House, etc.

Section – 15] FORTHWITH, It is prohibited, unlawful, and financial fraud to have REVENU CANADA and REVENU QUEBEC to continue to receive and or collect monies belonging to individual Canadian Nationals.

Section -16] FORTHWITH; arrest and charge all Chairman of the Board, Executive Board Members, Management, and Members of Foreign and Domestic domiciled Corporations, Professional Associations, Trade Associations, Foundations private or public, The Professional Engineers and Architects, Indigenous Governments, Chiefs, Tribals Chiefs, UNIONS, UNION Chapter[s], Charitable Organizations, etc who have caused and continue to cause financial damage and disruption to The Kingdom of Canada’s SUPPLY CHAIN, FOOD SECURITY, AND ECONOMIC STABILITY, ECONOMIC SAFETY, ECONOMIC SECURITY AND ECONOMIC SOVEREIGNTY due in part or whole of their membership or executive or management decisions and actions with the following:

a] domestic terrorism,

b] international terrorism,

c] blackmail,

d] extortion,

e] artificial creation of famine,

f] economic sabotage [territorial, provincial, national and individuals living on Reserves and off Reserves]

g] bribery,

h] fraud,

i] treason

j] crimes against Canadian Nationals [every man, lady, baby boy, and baby girl]/ CRIMES AGAINST Humanity

k] money laundering

l] propaganda

m] embezzlement, ETC

Section -17] FORTHWITH; arrest and charge with:

a] domestic terrorism,

This Royal Decree is effective immediately and retroactively January 1, 1775.
