I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, Commander -in-Chief of North America, President, 1st Prime Minister, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, Queen of North America, Queen of America, and Queen of The World under Natural Law hereby issue this Royal Decree, dated today November 1, 2024 to all Kingdom of Canada and Global Special Allied Forces AND respective Ministries to action FORTHWITH this Royal Decree as specified herein under Natural Law;

SECTION -1

Forthwith, for the protection, safety, security, and sovereignty of the Kingdom of Canada and The We The People of The Kingdom of Canada – I AM authorizing the TEMPORARY CLOSURE of ALL of The Kingdom of Canada’s International Borders- Land Ports of Entry and Sea Ports of Entry [LPOEs] / Border Crossings/ Railway Crossings/Maritime Crossings, between US and The Kingdom of Canada [see effective date below].

Section 1a]

Effective Closure Date:

November 5, 2024 @ 12:01 a.m.

Section 1b]

Effective Reopening Date:

November 15, 2024 @ 11:59pm [subject to change without prior notice due to domestic situation in the United States]. Always call The Kingdom of Canada Border Services Office to verify and confirm current status at the Border.

Section 1c]

Ports of Entry that are affected by this temporary closure:

i] All Land Ports of Entry

ii] All Sea Ports/Maritime Ports of Entry

iii] All Railway Crossings

iv] All Border crossings inclusive un-staffed border crossings

Section 2]

International Airports [permanent change]

Effective November 10, 2024 @12:00a.m.,

All International Airports Tarmac and Runways shall be closed exactly at 12:00a.m.and reopened daily @6:00a.m. This means the control tower personnel will authorize the last International Aircraft to land at 11:59 p.m., precisely. This change is permanent across The Kingdom of Canada.

Section 2a

A touch-less TOP OF THE LINE, X- RAY handling machines must be procured and installed to prevent Airport Staff/Ports of Entry Staff touching/handling travellers luggage.

Section 2b

All Airport personnel/Border Service Agents are effectively prohibited from handling travellers luggage unless the X-Ray machine finds / detected something that requires the opening of the travellers luggage[s]

Section 2c

A top of the line conveyor built facilities must be procured and installed at all Airports, Railroads and Sea Ports terminals forthwith to enable ground crew to transfer travellers luggage without physically handling/touching them.

Section 2d

Control Tower Crew must provide enough time for Border Services Agents [at the counter] to process each Aircraft load of passengers [let’s say 30 minutes interval] before landing another plane. This will enable for better control of passenger flow in and around the Airport.

Section 3]

Commercial Transport Trucks will be allowed to enter /exit the Kingdom of Canada as per usual commercial operating hours. Each one will be x-rayed and boarded /inspected by border officers in person.

Section 4]

Forthwith, increase to five hundred 500% to 1000% the number of personnel across all of The Kingdom of Canada’s Land, Sea, Rail, and Air Ports of Entry on or before April 30, 2025.

Section 5] Advance Notice to:

1] The Kingdom of Canadian 1st Responders

2] The Kingdom of Canada Active Military Personnel

3] The Kingdom of Canada Reservists

4] The Kingdom of Canada’s Veterans [those wishing to return to active duty]

5] The Kingdom of Canada Rangers

6] You are herewith be deployed [domestically] to protect and secure the Kingdom of Canada borders.

Section 6]

To all Active Military personnel of the Kingdom of Canada please prepare the following for DOMESTIC deployment to secure ALL, Land, Sea, Rail and Air Ports of Entry forthwith:

1] All Military Equipment

2] Individual Equipment

3] Uniform Equipment

4] Tools and Melee Equipment

5] Specialized Equipment

6] Sub Machine guns

7] Assault rifles and Carbines

8] Patrol rifles

9] Shot guns

10] Machine guns

11] Sniper rifles

12] Portable anti-tank weapons

13] ATGMs (anti-tank guided missiles)

14] Grenades and Explosives

15] Vehicles

a] Armoured Combat Vehicles

b] Light Armoured Vehicles

c] Engineering vehicles and equipment

d] Utility vehicles

e] Un-manned Aerial Systems

Forthwith, equipment, specialized equipment, tools, and military personnel are to be allocated based upon the highest to lowest travellers flow of all Kingdom of Canada’s land, sea, rail, and air ports entry.

Section 8]

Contingency Plan - Evacuation of Canadian Nationals from USA

Instructions #1:

Forthwith, prepare and ready for deployment to the United States of America under Humanitarian mission The Kingdom of Canada’s Military aircraft with 500 military personnel for NON COMBAT [search, rescue and extraction] MISSION to extract all Canadian Nationals from The United States of America requesting immediate exit and extraction.

Further, I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, request immediate Air space clearance on Humanitarian grounds to extract Canadian Nationals from the Country of The United States of America.

Further, I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, request all those whom it may concern to allow to pass freely, without delay or hindrance and to afford all Canadian Nationals assistance and protection as maybe necessary as they exit The United States of America and may seek immediate shelter in The United Mexican States

Special instructions #3: Forthwith, prepare and ready for deployment Military Aircraft [3x] CC-177 Globemaster III, a strategic airlifter that transports troops, cargo, and oversized combat equipment.

Special instructions #4: Forthwith, prepare and ready for deployment Military Aircraft [3x] CC-130J Hercules, a tactical airlifter used for a wide range of missions, including troop transport, tactical airlift, and aircrew training. It can land and airdrop heavy loads of equipment, supplies, and personnel into hostile environments.

Special instructions #5: Order of priority:

a] Children and Youth [under the age of 24]

b] Pregnant Ladies and those with acute medical care requirements/needs

c] Seniors [Ancestors]

d] Abled Men and Ladies

Section 9]

Allocate fifty million dollars ($50,000,000.00) for this emergency evacuation contingency plan.

Section 10]

This special operation shall be known as, “peace and prosperity” extraction of all Canadian Nationals from The United States of America must begin immediately IF and when a message from a Canadian National is received confirming any types of civil unrest's [violence/riots/vandalism, etc] begins to take place anywhere in the United States of America.

Section 11]

Emergency Shelters must be prepared for all Canadian Nationals arriving from The United States of America, if they have zero family members to go home to in The Kingdom of Canada.

Section 12]

The emergency Shelter must have food, water, clothing, and a personal hygiene hospital [temporary location].

Section 13]

Forthwith, all Ministries/Bureaus and or Departments affected by this Royal Decree are hereby instructed to work cohesively and ensure companies are fully in compliance with all requirements herein.

Section 14]

Forthwith, Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, enslavement, slavery, financial fraud, corruption, embezzlement, crimes against homo sapiens / crimes against humanity.

Section 15]

The Kingdom of Canada remains under, “DEFCON 1”

Section 16]

Increase the number of Personnel on duty at all Border Crossings across The Kingdom of Canada by 1000% forthwith.

Special instructions #1: On Duty Personnel [front line personnel]

Beginning October 30, 2024 to October 30, 2025 increase on duty front line personnel by one thousand percent [1000%] based on current number of personnel on duty daily to eliminate wait times and most importantly secure and defend The Kingdom of Canada’s Borders.

Newfoundland and Labrador – $30 million

Yukon – $10 million

NWT – $10 million

Nunavut - $5 million

Section 19]

The above budget covers the following Ports of Entry [crossings] in The Kingdom of Canada

- Land

- Rail

- Sea/Maritime

- Air

Section 20]

Funds to be further allocated as follows:

1] 40% New hire personnel wages

2] 30% Purchase of new equipment/tools/software/radio/computer [made in the Kingdom of Canada only]

3] 10% Uniform, supplies, and materials to do their work [made in the Kingdom of Canada only]

4] 10% Emergency expenses [National/Provincial/Territorial Emergency]

5] 5% Recruitment bonuses [new recruits only and must complete the one year contract minimum before fully receiving this bonus and paid out as follows:

i] 25% of 100% end of 1st quarter

ii] 25% of 100% end of 2nd quarter

iii] 25% of 100% end of 3rd quarter

iv] 25% of 100% end 4th quarter

6] 5% of total budget for bonuses to top 3 Regions [in each respective Province/territory] who have the highest numbers of illegal migrants [denied entry] to The Kingdom of Canada the most – this must be verified and forensically audited using facial recognition technology

This 10% will be paid out as follows:

a]1st place = 50% of 10%

b]2nd place = 35% of 10%

c]3rd place = 15% of 10%

Section 21]

Notice

The bonus is equally divided among all first line personnel inclusive direct supervisors.

Section 22]

Recruitment of Personnel

Priorities & prerequisites must be given to Canadian Nationals [see below lists].

- Canadian Nationals only who have lived in The Kingdom of Canada for a minimum of 15 years consecutively.

- Canadian National Military Veterans

- Canadian National Retired Law enforcement

- Canadian National Retired CBSA personnel

- Canadian National Law enforcement

- Canadian National First Responders

- Canadian National Rangers

- Canadian National Security Guards

Canada Revenue Agency personnel are EXCLUDED from applying for this job

Notice:

1] Recruitment must be based on “merit and direct experience only “ with a minimum of 3 years direct front line and hands on experience dealing with the general public.

2] Lateral Employment Transfers is prohibited; it will create instability in other Ministries/Departments/Bureaus/ Programs, etc.

3] Due to our National safety, security, and sovereignty’s urgent situations- Students are not authorized to apply for these positions at this time.

FORTHWITH; in all matters pertaining to the PROTECTION, SECURITY, SAFETY AND SOVEREIGNTY OF The Kingdom of Canada, ALL law enforcement, investigations, forensic audits, must be performed by The We The Peoples Peace, Prosperity and Love Officers and those commissioned by HRM Queen Romana Didulo to perform such duties and tasks. ZERO third party policing is authorized is authorized. ZERO Corporation Policing is authorized.

FORTHWITH; arrest and charge with: a] domestic terrorism,

b] international terrorism,

c] blackmail,

d] extortion,

e] artificial creation of famine,

f] economic sabotage [provincial and national]

g] bribery,

h] fraud,

i] treason

j] crimes against Canadian Nationals [every man, lady, baby boy, and baby girl]/ CRIMES AGAINST Humanity

k] money laundering

l] propaganda

m] embezzlement,

n] crimes against homo sapiens anyone who has/is misused, stolen, and laundered, the monies allocated for this Ministry and all of its programs and initiatives

Section 26]

FORTHWITH; in all matters pertaining to the level of QUALITY, all REPAIRS, OPERATIONS, AND MAINTENANCE, of all Ports of Entry and all of its components, etc., shall be performed by Canadian Nationals ONLY, by Canadians companies 100% Canadian owned and operated and domiciled in the Kingdom of Canada, ONLY.

Section 27]

FORTHWITH; in all matters pertaining to the level of PROTECTION of ALL Canadian Nationals, henceforth all Materials, Tools, Equipment, Supplies, etc, etc shall be SOURCED, PROCESSED, PRODUCED, AND MANUFACTURED, in the Kingdom of Canada by Canadian Nationals only.

Section 28]

EVIDENCE based / MERIT based qualifications ONLY; all personnel hiring must be based on hands on field experience, and merit based qualification. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) based hiring is unlawful and prohibited for it is discriminatory in all its forms.

Section 29]

FUNDING RELEASE:

FORTHWITH, the ministry of FINANCE at the Provincial/Territorial/National level shall release immediately funding for this Royal Decree.

Section 30]

ARREST AND CHARGE; with domestic terrorism, treason, money laundering, fraud, financial fraud, extortion, creation of artificial famine, embezzlement, crimes against homo sapiens anyone who has/is misused, stolen, and money laundered the monies earmarked for this special mission.

Section 31]

International Notice:

In the event of an emergency in The United States of America whereby the safety and security of, Ms. Gina Lee and her immediate family members [Mother, Father, Children and Lawful Spouse] are comprised, Ms. Gina Lee is as an honorary Kingdom of Canada National entitled to full protection and assistance by The Kingdom of Canada and must be evacuated forthwith to safety, to the Kingdom of Canada.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately and retroactively October 30, 2024.
