Re: (1) FOR PROTECTION, SAFETY, SECURITY, and SOVEREIGNTY of the Kingdom of Canada and The We The People of The Kingdom of Canada, the following:

a] Departments,

b] Agencies,

c] Ministries, and all related services and authorities of, Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada [CIRNAC] and Indigenous Services Canada [ISC] are forthwith dismantled and defunded.

(2) Elimination of division, segregation, oppression, and corruption in The Kingdom of Canada

I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, Commander -in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree, dated today October 28,

2024 to all Kingdom of Canada and Global Special Allied Forces AND respective Ministries to action FORTHWITH this Royal Decree as specified herein under Natural Law;

Section -1]

Forthwith, all services and authorities pertaining to the Department of Indigenous Services is forthwith dismantled and defunded.

Section -2]

Forthwith, all services and authorities pertaining to Department of Crown – Indigenous Relations, is forthwith dismantled and defunded.

Section -3]

Forthwith, Ministry of Northern Affairs Canada, is dismantled and defunded.

Section -4]

Forthwith, Ministry of Crown-Indigenous Relations is dismantled and defunded.

Section -5]

Forthwith, all services and authorities pertaining to Indigenous Governments, Councils, and or Bands, and Tribal governments on Reserves and or off Reserves are herewith disbanded and defunded in The Kingdom of Canada.

Important Notice:

Indian affairs, Northern Affairs & Indigenous Services, etc, etc, programs and services pertaining to the above matters, Ministries, Bureaus, and Agencies, Governments, etc, etc, are now under the Ministry of Family, Ministry of Children and Youth, and Seniors [ancestors], Education, Transportation, Well, Housing, etc.

Section – 6]

All monies earmarked previously for "Ministry of Northern Affairs Canada and Ministry of Crown-Indigenous Relations, etc are to be redirected to the respective Ministries whom are responsible for deliveries of the same services and programs for the whole of The Kingdom of Canada for example

Ministry of Family, Ministry of Children and Youth, Ministry of Seniours/Ancestors, Ministry of Home Education, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Well, Ministry of House, etc.

Section – 7] All monies previously sent to Indigenous governments master accounts [ie social services and or welfare checks] and or councils and or reserves are FORTHWITH to be credited DIRECTLY to the beneficial individual[s] and or beneficial families accounts.

Section – 8] It is prohibited, unlawful, and financial fraud to have Indigenous governments / Councils/ Bands/ Chiefs to continue to receive the monies belonging to individual Canadian Nationals whether living on Reserve or off the Reserves.

Section -9] FORTHWITH; Arrest and charge all Chairman of the Board, Executive Board Members, Management, and Members of Foreign and Domestic domiciled Corporations, Professional Associations, Trade Associations, Foundations private or public, The Professional Engineers and Architects, Indigenous Governments, Chiefs, Tribals Chiefs, UNIONS, UNION Chapter[s], Charitable Organizations, etc who have caused and continue to cause financial damage and disruption to The Kingdom of Canada’s SUPPLY CHAIN, FOOD SECURITY, AND ECONOMIC STABILITY, ECONOMIC SAFETY, ECONOMIC SECURITY AND ECONOMIC SOVEREIGNTY due in part or whole of their membership or executive or management decisions and actions. with the following:

a] domestic terrorism,

b] international terrorism,

c] blackmail,

d] extortion,

e] artificial creation of famine,

f] economic sabotage [territorial, provincial, national and individuals living on Reserves and off Reserves]

g] bribery,

h] fraud,

i] treason

j] crimes against Canadian Nationals [every man, lady, baby boy, and baby girl]/ CRIMES AGAINST Humanity

k] money laundering

l] propaganda

m] embezzlement, ETC

Section -10] FORTHWITH; arrest and charge with:

a] domestic terrorism,

b] international terrorism,

c] blackmail,

d] extortion,

e] artificial creation of famine,

f] economic sabotage [territorial, provincial, national and individuals living on Reserves and off Reserves]

g] bribery,

h] financial fraud,

i] treason

n] crimes against homo sapiens anyone who has/is misused, stolen, and laundered, the monies allocated previously for this industry.

Section 11] FUNDING; The ministry of FINANCE, National Treasury, Provincial Treasury at the Provincial/Territorial/National level shall withhold/cancel/nullify money previously allocated to Ministry of Northern Affairs Canada and Ministry of Crown-Indigenous Relations, Indigenous Governments, etc.

Section 12] ARREST AND CHARGE; with domestic terrorism, treason, money laundering, fraud, financial fraud, extortion, creation of artificial famine, embezzlement, crimes against homo sapiens anyone who has/is misused, stolen, and money laundered the monies earmarked for Ministry of Northern Affairs Canada and Ministry of Crown-Indigenous Relations, Indigenous Governments, etc.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately and retroactively January 1, 1775.

And so it is.
