I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today October 19, 2024 as follows, under “Natural Law.”

Section 1 – POLITICAL PROPAGANDA - all forms of communication medium

Forthwith, the use of political propaganda, is unlawful, prohibited and permanently banned in The Kingdom of Canada.

Section 2 – RELIGIOUS PROPAGANDA - all forms of communication medium

Forthwith, the use of Religious propaganda, is unlawful, prohibited and permanently banned in The Kingdom of Canada.

Section 3 - MEDICAL PROPAGANDA - all forms of communication medium

Forthwith, the use of medical propaganda, is unlawful, prohibited and permanently banned in The Kingdom of Canada.

Section 4- PHARMACEUTICAL PROPAGANDA - all forms of communication medium

a] Forthwith, the use of pharmaceutical propaganda, is unlawful, prohibited and permanently banned in The Kingdom of Canada.

b] Forthwith, the use of propaganda to promote pharmaceutical synthetic untested and unproven [zero traceable evidence demonstrating its efficacy and safety for a minimum of thirty [30] years for children and adults and animals injections/vaccines of any kind for whatsoever purpose is unlawful, prohibited, and permanently banned in the Kingdom of Canada

c] Forthwith, the use of We The People [masculine and feminine irrespective of age] and animals / pets of The Kingdom of Canada as experimental /laboratory test subjects is unlawful, prohibited, and banned.

Section 5–Defund, dismantle, and close

Forthwith, defund, dismantle and close any and all medical and pharmaceutical research laboratories and buildings directly and or indirectly involved in, promoting, studying and experimenting of synthetic drugs in The Kingdom of Canada

Section 6-Forthwith, implement and execute closures/shutdowns of all buildings, [projects] manufacturing and processing plants involved in promoting, studying, experimenting and manufacturing of synthetic drugs and all of its components in The Kingdom of Canada.

Section 7 – Forthwith, for safety, security, and sovereignty of The Kingdom of Canada, cancel, revoke, nullify, void, defund, and disband any and all corporations, not for profit organizations, foundations, charitable organizations, registered programs, religious organizations, ministries, bureaus committees, commissions, initiatives masquerading as humanitarian groups, human rights groups, and advocacy groups etc, etc, who in evidence in fact are covertly and non covertly advocating for the political, religious, medical, and pharmaceutical and “globalist agenda” dividing, manipulating and harming the well being of We The People in The Kingdom of Canada.

Section 8 – Forthwith, cease and desist, cancel, revoke, nullify, void, disband prohibit, block, and DE-FUND any and all programs, initiatives, advertisements, etc pertaining to medical and pharmaceutical, political, and religious propaganda, in The Kingdom of Canada

Section 9 – Forthwith, the use of Canadian Nationals [taxes /public funds] for political funding, religious funding, medical funding, pharmaceutical funding PROPAGANDA in the Kingdom of Canada using the mainstream media [msm], social media, alternative media is unlawful, prohibited, and banned.

Section 10- Forthwith, the use of FOREIGN funds [private, public, or humanitarian] for political, religious medical, and pharmaceutical propaganda in the Kingdom of Canada using the mainstream media [msm], social media, alternative media is unlawful, prohibited, and banned.

Section 11 - Ministries/Bureaus and or Departments affected by this Royal Decree

Forthwith, all Ministries/Bureaus and or Departments affected by this Royal Decree are hereby instructed to work cohesively and ensure companies are fully in compliance with all requirements herein.

Section 12 - Violators of this Royal Decree

Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, enslavement, slavery, financial fraud, corruption, embezzlement, crimes against homo sapiens / crimes against humanity.

Section 13 - Daily financial penalty

Daily financial penalty of “one billion dollars” backed by gold and silver for every violation / infraction.”

This Royal Decree is effective immediately. Retro active July 1, 1867.
