Transport infrastructure, Trade and Commerce NATIONALIZATION, FORTHWITH.

I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today September 14, 2024 as follows, under “Natural Law.”

Section 1 – Nationalization

Forthwith, the unique and critical role of managing and safeguarding the “Transport Industry” that plays a vital role in the “Trade and Commerce” of The Kingdom of Canada under the Kingdom of Canada’s control is effectively NATIONALIZED.

Section 2 – Costs and Fees

Forthwith, cost and fees for Safety Inspection Certificates, Annual Permits, and Commercial Licenses Plates are as follows:

(a) National “Safety Inspection Certificate” cost per Truck is FREE [across The Kingdom of Canada]. This will be issued by the National Ministry of Transport [NMT], exclusively

(b) License Plates Costs for ALL types and number of AXELS of Commercial Trucks is FREE [across The Kingdom of Canada]. This will be issued by the National Ministry of Transport [NMT], exclusively

(c) Zero additional costs from any subordinates or parallel jurisdictions permitted across The Kingdom of Canada.

Section 2 - SPIFF Axel requirement

SPIFF Axel requirement on “Heavy Haulers Tri-axel Dump Truck = SPIFF Axel requirement is ZERO

Section 3 – Education Program

Truck Drivers Training Program [Free for Canadian Nationals Only]

(a) Canadian Nationals must have spent a minimum of fifteen years [15 years] consecutively inside The Kingdom of Canada to qualify for this FREE Commercial Truckers Training Program to Register into this program.

(b) Only Canadian Nationals [see above requirement] can Register and participate in this Truck Driver’s Training program

(c) This Truck Drivers Training is for driving commercial truck, tractors, dump trucks, etc across The Kingdom of Canada

Section 4 - In Classroom Training

Forthwith, one thousand hours [1000 hrs] in Class Room Driving lessons with following components:

a) Know your Truck -inside and outside

b) Know your Road signs

c) Know how to drive on ice

d) Know how to drive on snow

e) Driving at night

f) Driving during day time

g) Defensive driving

h) Road Signalling

i) Driving in the ditch

j) Where to park on the Road

k) Zero alcohol

l) Zero illicit drugs

m) How to operate Truckers Radio

n) How to call for help

o) How to read a map-if GPS fails

p) Safety of your Truck

q) Your personal safety while on the Road

r) Parking, parallel, backing up, one point, two point, and three point parking and turns

s) Driving down a steep hill [highway and freeway]

t) Driving down a curved highway

u) When and where to NOT use “Cruise Control”

Section 5 - On The Road Driver’s Training

(a) One thousand hours [1000 hrs] on the Road [Driving Instructor Supervised] driving experience

Section 6 - Apprenticeship

(a) One thousand hours [1000 hrs] apprenticeship – On the Road driving experience.

(b) Apprentice must be supervised by a Commercial Trucker who accumulated a minimum of ten years at forty [40 hrs/ week average] of driving on the road as commercial truck driver

Section 7 - English Language Proficiency Certificate -[IELTS] and Cost

(a) Truck Drivers Students must score a minimum of ninety five 95% on International English Language Testing System [IELTS] - is an international standardized test of English language proficiency for native and non-native English language speakers.

(b) The cost for this English Language Examination is paid for by the student as this is administered by a 3rd party company, IELTS.

Section 8- License and Certification

Special Note: Only after successful completion of the following:

i. in classroom [one thousand hours] formal instruction and students passing with a minimum of 95% on final exam

ii. on the road driver’s [instructor supervised] one thousand hours and students passing their final exams with a minimum of 95%

iii. apprenticeship [one thousand hours] supervised and evaluated by a Nationally certified truck driver with a minimum ten years full time commercial truck driving experience in The Kingdom of Canada.

Section 9 – Highway Safety and Fraudulent Commercial Trucking Schools

Highway Safety and Fraudulent Commercial Trucking Schools Closures:

(a) Forthwith, close all private truck driving schools who offered classes exclusively in another language other than English [and or French in the Province of Quebec] for endangering public safety across the Kingdom of Canada

(b) Forthwith, seize and freeze all company banks, all assets, and holdings and personal bank accounts of the Owners and Board of Directors of private Truck driving schools who offered classes exclusively in another language other than English [and or French in the Province Quebec] for endangering public safety across the Kingdom of Canada

(c) Forthwith, arrest and charge all National, Provincial, and Municipal personnel who approved the above unlawful business activities.

(d) Forthwith, arrest and charge with financial fraud, money laundering, domestic terrorism, and treason all Owners and Board of Directors of private Truck driving schools, who offered classes exclusively in another language other than English [and or French in the Province Quebec] for endangering public safety across the Kingdom of Canada.

(e) Forthwith, close all private truck driving schools whose truck drivers graduates where involved in a collision and or road accidents within first year on the road immediately after graduation.

(f) Forthwith, close all private truck driving schools whose driving instructors do not meet the above standards and requirements.

(g) Forthwith, close all private truck driving schools whose Driver instructors do not have the IELTS Certificate per above minimum test scores [95% over all test scores]

(h) Forthwith, close all private truck driving schools whose students do not speak and write English [and or French in the Province of Quebec]

(i) Forthwith, close all private “commercial truck driving schools” whose students fail the random on the Road highway driving tests performed by the National Ministry of Transport personnel.

Section 10 - Fraudulent Commercial Truck Driver’s Schools Closures:

(1) Forthwith, arrest and charge Commercial Truck Drivers who have paid $40,000.00 to fraudulent companies/schools and after 2 years in the Kingdom of Canada they were given their Citizenship. Criminal charges are as follows:

a) Immigration fraud

b) Employment fraud

c) Financial Fraud

d) Bribery

e) Corruption

f) Human Trafficking

g) Issue and execute immediate deportation order – with notation on their exit papers - “no re-entry”

h) publish [on main stream media and social media] their full names, current photo, nationality, and country of origin.

(2) Forthwith, arrest and charge Fraudulent Commercial Truck Driver’s Schools Owners, Executive Board Members, Members of Board of Directors and Company Staff who have received $40,000.00 payment from students and after 2 years in the Kingdom of Canada they [students] were given their Citizenship. Criminal charges are as follows:

a) Immigration fraud

b) Financial Fraud

c) Employment fraud

d) Bribery

e) Corruption

f) Extortion

g) Human Trafficking

h) Enslavement

i) Slavery

j) Treason

k) Domestic terrorism

l) Publish [on main stream media and social media] their full names, current photo, nationality, and country of origin.

Section 11 - Seize and seizure

Forthwith, search, seize and freeze ALL assets and holdings of Fraudulent Commercial Truck Driver’s Schools Owners, Executive Board, Board of Directors and their Company[s] including their subsidiaries and joint venture businesses.

Section 12 – No Fly list

Include the individuals [Fraudulent Commercial Truck Driver’s Schools Owners, Executive Board, Board of Directors] in the “No Fly List”

Section 13 – Arrest and Charge

Forthwith, arrest and charge the following:

(a) Immigration personnel

(b) National - politicians and bureaucrats

(c) Provincial - politicians and bureaucrats

(d) Municipal politicians and bureaucrats, and

(e) Chiefs from any and all Reserved Lands who took part in, and benefited financially, professionally and or politically in this fraudulent schemes.

Section 14 - Criminal charges are as follows:

a) Immigration fraud

b) Financial Fraud

c) Employment fraud

d) Bribery

e) Corruption

f) Extortion

g) Human Trafficking

h) Enslavement

i) Slavery

j) Treason

k) Domestic terrorism

Section 15 – Mechanical Inspection(s)

Mechanical Safety Inspection of every Truck.

(a) Forthwith, ZERO virtual mechanical safety inspections.

(b) Only onsite physical mechanical safety inspection is authorized.

Section 16 – Trucking Business Owners

Business Owners Training/Reference Manual [Trucking Industry]

(a) The National Ministry of Transport is to produce a Trucking Business Owner’s Manual [in a book form to be given to new Owners], free of charge

(b) Digital copy of Trucking Business Owner’s Manual to be made available and accessible online for Trucking Business Owners for reference, free of charge

(c) Zero online or offline testing for Trucking [new] Business Owners.

(d) Existing Trucking business Owners may request the same manual, free of charge.

Section 17 – National and Provincial Highways - Truck Drivers and Public Rest Stops across the Kingdom of Canada

Highway - Truck Stops /Rest Stops with access to:

i. Every One hundred [100] kilometres build reststops to accomodate 20 to 50 Truck Tractors and Trailer, Recreational Vehicles [RVs] and Traveling Trailers [5th wheels], and Cars with the following amenities:

ii. Every One five hundred [500] kilometres build rest stops to accommodate 100 to 200 Truck Tractors and Trailer, Recreational Vehicles [RVs] and Travelling Trailers [5th wheels], and Cars with the following amenities:

(a) Showers, [for masculine, feminine, and family]

(b) Washrooms [for masculine, feminine, and family],

(c) Wheelchair accessible

(d) Children Change Rooms,

(e) Laundry Facility,

(f) Restaurants,

(g) Gasoline Station,

(h) Resting pod [sleeping pod] for families with children, adults, and singles.

(i) One Stop Shop – Truckers, RVs, Trailers Owners/Drivers to buy tools and equipment to make small repairs to their vehicles.

Section 18– Highway Safety Enforcement [Truck Drivers Training and Language proficiency] Funding

Forthwith, The National Ministry of Transport is hereby authorized to allocate one hundred and thirty million dollars to enforce this Royal Decree across The Kingdom of Canada for years 2024 - 2026

Funding are to be allotted as follows:

(a) British Columbia, 15 million dollars

(b) Alberta, 15 million dollars

(c) Saskatchewan, 10 million dollars

(d) Manitoba, 10 million dollars

(e) Ontario, 20 million dollars

(f) Quebec, 15 million

(g) Newbrunswick, 10 million dollars

(h) Nova Scotia, 10 million dollars

(i) PEI, 5 million dollars

(j) Newfoundland and Labrador, 5 million dollars

(k) Yukon, 5 million dollars

(l) NWT, 5 million dollars

(m) Nunavut, 5 million dollars

Section 19 - General contractors Nationality

Forthwith, ensure all “general contractors” [previously known as employees] at Ministry of Transport Canada are Canadian Nationals only across The Kingdom of Canada.

Section 20 - Trucking Business Owners Nationality

Forthwith, ensure all Trucking Business Owners are Canadian Nationals only.

Section 21 - Trucking Businesses ownership and control

Forthwith, ensure all Trucking Businesses ownership and control are 100% Canadian Nationals only.

Section 22 - Contracting / Sub-contracting

Forthwith, contracting / sub-contracting to non Canadian Nationals is strictly prohibited and unlawful.

Section 23 - Ministries/Bureaus and or Departments affected by this Royal Decree

Forthwith, all Ministries/Bureaus and or Departments affected by this Royal Decree are hereby instructed to work cohesively and ensure companies are fully in compliance with all requirements herein.

Section 24 - Violators of this Royal Decree

Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, enslavement, slavery, financial fraud, corruption, embezzlement, crimes against homo sapiens / crimes against humanity.

Section 25 - Daily financial penalty

Daily financial penalty of “one billion dollars” backed by gold and silver for every violation / infraction.”

This Royal Decree is effective immediately retro active January 1, 2017
