I AM Queen Romana of the Kingdom of Canada hereby Decree lawful - free and unlimited learning (education) for all Canadians studying in Canada from pre-school to Masters Class Level. And, up to PhD level if one wishes.
This Royal Decree is effective for classes commencing September 1, 2022.
Peace and Prosperity. Or perish.
