CIVIL AIR NAVIGATION – NATIONALIZATION, FORTHWITH.

I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today September 10, 2024 as follows, under “Natural Law.”

1] Forthwith, the unique and critical role of managing the 18 million square kilometres of The Kingdom of Canada’s civil airspace and the North Atlantic Oceanic airspace under the Kingdom of Canada’s control is effectively NATIONALIZED.

This is to protect the safety, security and sovereignty of The Kingdom of Canada. Only corrupt and incompetent politicians and bureaucrats would “privatize” and hand over the full control and management of our our Airspace to a Not For Profit – Private Company.

2] Air transportation is an essential industry that connects the Kingdom of Canada to the world. It plays a vital role in our economy and in our communities from coast to coast to coast.

Thus, the full control and management of our our Airspace cannot wholly be in the hands of a Not For Profit – Private Company. If anyone took under consideration the safety, security, and sovereignty of The Kingdom of Canada this multi industry / multi sector controlling and managing The Air space of The Kingdom of Canada would have never happened.

3] It is high treason / treason to have a “fully private company responsible for air traffic control, flight information and other aeronautical services of The Kingdom of Canada”.

What happened to our Air space sovereignty, security and safety?

4] The critical role of The Kingdom of Canada’s CIVIL AIR NAVIGATION within the aviation ecosystem is to help guide aircraft safely and efficiently through our airspace.

A fully private company who reports to its Board and shareholders cannot be responsible for air traffic control, flight information and other aeronautical services of The Kingdom of Canada.

5] The Kingdom of Canada’s CIVIL AIR NAVIGATION Ministry and Space Force are responsible 100% in overseeing air traffic through its sophisticated network of area control centres,

(a) air traffic control towers,

(b) flight service stations,

(c) maintenance centres,

(d) flight information centres and

(e) navigation aids across the country.

6] The Kingdom of Canada CIVIL AIR NAVIGATION customers include:

(a) airlines,

(b) business aviation,

(c) air cargo operators,

(d) air charters,

(e) air taxis,

(f) helicopter operators and

(g) general aviation pilots and owners.

7] The Kingdom of Canada’s CIVIL AIR NAVIGATION Ministry and Space Force are responsible 100% in overseeing air traffic control, flight information, and other aeronautical services.

8] CIVIL AIR NAVIGATION Ministry and Space Force manages one of the largest regions of airspace in the world. It is recognized internationally for its safety record, service excellence and technology innovation, and works closely with the global air transportation industry.

9] Forthwith, ensure all “general contractors” [previously known as employees] at CIVIL AIR NAVIGATION Ministry/Departments, etc and Space Force are Canadian Nationals only across The Kingdom of Canada.

10] Forthwith, contracting / sub-contracting to non Canadian Nationals is strictly prohibited and unlawful.

11] Forthwith, all Ministries/Bureaus and or Departments affected by this Royal Decree are hereby instructed to work cohesively and ensure companies are fully in compliance with all requirements herein.

12] Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, enslavement, slavery, financial fraud, corruption, embezzlement, crimes against homo sapiens / crimes against humanity.

13] Furthermore, a daily financial penalty of “one billion dollars” backed by gold and silver for every violation / infraction.”

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
