I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today September 4, 2024 as follows, under “Natural Law.”

1] Forthwith, the Ministry of Finance/Bureau of Finance [Provincial and National] are hereby instructed and authorized to release with immediate effect the following targeted funding for REACTIVATION, OPERATION, MAINTENANCE and REPAIRS of all “Sawmill plants” across The Kingdom of Canada.

2] This funding is effective September 4, 2024 to September 30, 2028

Special Note #1:

To be distributed as follows:

British Columbia: Eight hundred $800 million dollars

Alberta: Five hundred $500 million dollars

Saskatchewan: One hundred $100 million dollars

Manitoba: One hundred [$100] million dollars

Ontario: Five hundred [$500] million dollars

Quebec: Five hundred [$500] million dollars

New Brunswick: One hundred [$100] million dollars

Nova Scotia: One hundred [$100] million dollars

PEI: One hundred [$100] million dollars

Newfoundland and Labrador: One hundred [$100] million dollars

Yukon: One hundred [$100] million dollars

Northwest Territories: One hundred [$100] million dollars

Nunavut: One hundred [$100] million dollars

3] Funding must be released in 4 phases

Special Note #2

Phase 1]

20% of total funding – for testing and reactivating of “Sawmills” to be completed within thirty [30 days] effective today.

Phase 2]

40% of total funding – for operation, security, and safety of the “Sawmills”

Phase 3]

20% of total funding – for maintenance of all “Sawmills”

Phase 4]

20% of total funding –for emergency repairs of all “Sawmills”

4] Forthwith, The Kingdom of Canada has first right of refusal on purchase of all wood/lumber products generated from The Kingdom of Canada’s “Sawmill Plants” for building Canadian Nationals Homes.

5] Forthwith, ensure all “general contractors” [previously known as employees] are Canadian Nationals only at “Sawmills” facilities across The Kingdom of Canada.

6] Forthwith, contracting / sub-contracting to non Canadian Nationals is prohibited and unlawful.

7] Forthwith, all Ministries/Bureaus and or Departments affected by this Royal Decree are hereby instructed to work cohesively and ensure companies are fully in compliance with all requirements herein.

8] Furthermore, a daily financial penalty of “one billion dollars” backed by gold and silver for every violation / infraction.”

9] All Ministries/Bureaus and or Departments affected by this Royal Decree are hereby instructed to work cohesively and ensure companies are fully in compliance with all requirements herein.

10] Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, enslavement, slavery, financial fraud, corruption, embezzlement, crimes against homo sapiens / crimes against humanity.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
