I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today August 30, 2024 as follows, under “Natural Law.”

1] Forthwith, all Employment Laws under the maritime laws, common law, corporation laws, civil law, etc, etc, are hereby prohibited, cancelled, voided, and nullified across the Kingdom of Canada.

2] Forthwith, Labour laws are hereby effectively under “Natural Law” in The Kingdom of Canada

3] Forthwith, all individuals [previously known as employees] in the business of exchanging, trading, and or bartering their labour / services for money, products, services, or goods are to be known as “general contractors”.

• This returns complete and full control of their working hours, quality of work, quality of service back in the hands of the individual I Ams, in exchange for the amount of money, services and or goods he or she is willing to receive DIRECTLY from the business [previously known as employer].

4] Forthwith, all minimum wage are cancelled and nullified across the Kingdom of Canada.

• A] This system [minimum wage] is oppressive in all its forms. It devalues and demoralizes workers who have had hands on “field experience” and “skills sets” accumulated over the years.

• b] Minimum wage puts everyone in the same level of field experience and skill sets – this is a false premise and oppressive to those who have had years of field experience and skills accumulated over the years.

• c] An individual who is just entering the work force does not have the same level of field experience and skill sets compared to someone who has been in the industry for years or decades.

• D] Further, this “minimum wage” is an oppressive and unfair practice to “start up businesses” and “small businesses” who do not have large sales revenue that allows them large payroll budgets.

5] Forthwith, those who previously were working as “employees” will now be classified as self- employed, business owners, entrepreneurs via the “General Contractors” Agreement.

i. I] The company hiring the “General Contractors” services are not responsible for any 3rd party deductions. Simply put the company hiring the general contractor [used to be classified as EMPLOYER] is not going to be responsible for collecting any 3rd party deductions, ie CPP, EI, WCB, UNION dues, etc, etc.

ii. The General contractor receives 100% of the money he /she is owed based on the contract full-filled with quality of work/quality of product/quality service] as specified in the contract.

iii. The form of payment [ie, cash, gold, silver, barter, trade] must be specified in the contract between the business hiring [previously known as Employer] and the general contractor [previously known as Employee].

iv. The frequency of payment must be specified in the contract [ie, daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or yearly or by phases if working as project general contractor].

v. IF the contract agreement is specific to a “piece work” or a “project” the payment is required to be in three [3] phases as follows:

(a) Phase 1 = 33% of the total contract amount to begin work until a specific point of work is completed.

(b) Phase 2 = 33% payable after phase 1 has been completed, quality inspection is completed and certified by a 3rd party professional inspector retained by the project owner at the project owner’s expense.

(c) Phase 3 = 34% payable when the entire project is completed, quality inspection is completed and certified by a 3rd party professional inspector retained by the project owner at the project owner’s expense.

(d) Work quality guarantee and warranty must be specified and included [number of years workmanship and materials, etc.] in the general contractor’s contract and the project owner/company hiring the general contractor.

(e) The cost and care of materials also must be specified in the general contractors contract.

(f) IF, uniform is required at the business location [ie a restaurant, hotel, etc] the business owner must provide these uniforms free of charge to be returned when the contract is over/completed.

6] Forthwith, it is criminal act to deduct any amount of money [or its equivalent] from the pay check of the general contractors [previously known as employees].

7] Forthwith, individuals at the age of majority who are of, sound mind and not under duress” and volunteering their services are exempt from the General Contractor regulations.

8] All Ministries/Bureaus and or Departments affected by this Royal Decree are hereby instructed to work cohesively and ensure companies are fully in compliance with all requirements herein.

9] Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, artificial creation of famine, enslavement, slavery, financial fraud, corruption, embezzlement, crimes against homo sapiens / crimes against humanity, and money laundering and murder.

10] Furthermore, a daily financial penalty of “one hundred million dollars backed by gold and silver for every violation / infraction.”

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
