Re: Seniors [Ancestors] Housing/Residence [Public and Private].
I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, Commander -in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree, dated today August 9, 2024 to all Kingdom of Canada and Global Special Allied Forces AND respective Ministries/Bureaus to action FORTHWITH this Royal Decree as specified herein under Natural Law;
1] FORTHWITH; All Seniors [Ancestors] Housing/Residence [Public and Private] are authorized to allocate a minimum of fifty percent [50%] of the total number of rooms of the Residence for Residents to allow companion animals/pets to permanently reside with the occupant [s] in the building.
2] FORTHWITH; Seniors [Ancestors] Housing/Residence [Public and Private] are to allocate a minimum of fifty percent [50%] of the total number of rooms of the Residence for Residents who may have allergies to animals.
3] FORTHWITH; Private Seniors [Ancestors] Housing/Residence are authorized to require a pet damage deposit up to one half or fifty percent [50%] equivalent of one [1] month rent.
4] FORTHWITH; Condominium / Strata are NOT authorized to apply the said fees mentioned above [see item number #3].
5] FORTHWITH; violators of this Royal Decree shall be arrested and charged; with domestic terrorism, treason, crimes against homo sapiens/crimes against humanity.
This Royal Decree is effective immediately.
And so it is.
