C] INCREASE DAILY PRODUCTION OUT PUT FROM THE CURRENT QUANTITY AND CAPACITY TO TWENTY MILLION BARRELS plus [20,000, 000+ barrels] DAILY.

I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, Commander -in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of The Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree, dated today July 17, 2024 to all Kingdom of Canada and Global Special Allied Forces AND respective Ministries to action FORTHWITH this Royal Decree as specified herein under Natural Law;

1] FORTHWITH; increase the extraction, processing, and production, storage, dispensing, capability of crude oil, diesel, natural gas, liquefied natural gas, and heating oil to twenty million plus barrels [20, 000, 000.00 barrels] daily, for each Natural resources named herein, effective immediately.

2] FORTHWITH; processing of all Kingdom of Canada’s crude oil, liquefied natural gas, diesel, natural gas, heating oil and all other Natural Resources must be performed and completed [from beginning to end] in The Kingdom of Canada ONLY buy Canadian Nationals ONLY.

3] FORTHWITH; in all matters pertaining to the SECURITY, SAFETY AND SOVEREIGNTY OF The Kingdom of Canada, all extracting, processing, manufacturing, packaging, and storage facilities, security, equipment, etc, of ALL of The Kingdom of Canada’s Natural Resources are herewith effectively NATIONALIZED.

4] FORTHWITH; in all matters pertaining to the level of QUALITY, all REPAIRS, OPERATIONS, AND MAINTENANCE, shall be performed by Canadian Nationals ONLY, by Canadians companies 100% Canadian owned and operated and domiciled in the Kingdom of Canada, ONLY.

5] EVIDENCE based / MERIT based qualifications ONLY; all personnel hiring must be based on hands on field experience, and merit based qualification. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) based hiring is unlawful and prohibited for it is discriminatory in all its forms.

6] FUNDING; the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Natural Resources and Ministry of Oil and Gas shall draw funding from the already earmarked funding for the oil and gas industry to increase the numbers

of crude oil processing plants to meet this daily production quota in The Kingdom of Canada between five and ten processing plants in each Province/Territory respectively.

7] ARREST AND CHARGE; with domestic terrorism, treason, and high treason, money laundering, fraud, creation of artificial famine, embezzlement of public funds, bribery and corruption, crimes against homo sapiens anyone who has/is misused, stolen, and laundered, the monies allocated previously for this industry and purpose.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately and retroactively July 1, 1867.
