To the Attention of:
1] The Kingdom of Canada's Armed Forces

I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today June 28, 2024 as follows, under Natural Law.
Forthwith, Business Start Ups with forecasted GROSS sales revenue of LESS than Five million dollars [$5,000,000.00] yearly [first 5 years in operation] are EXEMPTED from the following start up requirements:

Section A - [Documentation]
1] Registration [of any kind]
2] License [of any kind]
3] Inspections [of any kind]
4] Insurance [of any kind]
5] Requirement to build bathroom facilities for clients/customers
6] Environmental assessments [of any kind]
7] Allotted Parking Stalls /Spaces [of any kind]
8] Membership Fees [of any kind]
9] Zero taxes [of any kind]
9] Special Notes: This includes those residing in the Reserve Lands /Treaty Lands [ now null and void] which are ALL under National Jurisdiction]
Section B [Municipal Zoning/Rezoning]
1] Business Start ups are authorized to be located in their main or second Residence / rental property / vacation home/ Garage / Vehicles / Tents / Barns / RVs/ Trailers, Boats etc, as long as the business does not impede the public and vehicle traffic.
2] Start Ups are permitted to be located next to their direct competitors [minimum one hundred meters distance from each other].
3] Rental restrictions – ie. Exclusivity clause / competition clause prohibiting competitors to be in the same block or the same Mall or town is UNLAWFUL and NULL and VOID.
4] Cities/Municipalities/towns/villages are to allocated a minimum 10 Acres [10 -acres] of land for public market Vendor space.
5] Each market Vendor is to be afforded with a market Vendor stall measuring 20 feet in length by 10 feet in width to display their goods/services free of charge.

6] Each Market Vendor Stall is to have water and electricity hook-up, provided by the City/Municipality/Town/Village.
7] The Public Market operating Hours is to set for Sunday to Sunday – open 20 hours daily from 6:00a.m. to 2:00a.m., and cleaning daily of the Market Vendors [to be performed by city/town/village staff]. This shall be done from 2:00a.m. to 6:00a.m daily.
8] Industrial Garbage Bins and Recycling Bins are to be placed in the designated area of the Public Market Space easily accessible to Market Vendors to throw away any garbage.
9] Washrooms specifically labelled for men, ladies, family, and mobility challenged bathrooms must be built
9] Market Vendors are to set their own operating hours for the convenience of their customers/clients
10] Market Vendor Stalls are on a for first come first serve basis.
11] Zero illicit drugs, alcohol, vaping, gambling, or any products or services that is harmful to the I AMs of the Kingdom of Canada are to be sold anywhere in the Kingdom of Canada.
Section C [Capital Funding]
1] Forthwith, Nation Treasury / Provincial Treasuries /Finance Ministries / Small and Medium Business Ministries are to allocate the following funding for Start Up Businesses in their respective province and territories effective July 1, 2024 – July 1, 2027.
2] Total Funding allocated is Four Billion One hundred Millions Dollars [$4,100,000, 000. 00]
a] British Columbia – $500 million dollars
b] Alberta – $500 million dollars
c] Saskatchewan – $500 million dollars
d] Manitoba – $500 million dollars
e] Ontario – $500 million dollars
f] Quebec – $500 million dollars
g] New Brunswick – $200 million dollars
h] Nova Scotia – $200 million dollars
i] PEI – $200 millions dollars
j] New Newfoundland and Labrador – $200 million dollars
k] Yukon – $100 million dollars
l] NWT – $100 million dollars
m] Nunavut – $100 million dollars
2] Interest rate is one [1%] percent payable starting year six [6] of business operation.
3] Capital money is to be amortized for 15 years beginning year 6 [for example 25,000.00 divided by 15 years, equals [payment yearly divided by 13 months] plus the one [1%] interest rate.
4] This is a one [1] time business loan funding only. Meaning, each Canadian National wanting to start a business [not harmful to Canadian Nationals well being – zero business plan is required.
Section D [What the funding can be used for]?
a] Staff salary/wage
b] Rental
c] Equipment/tools,
d] Inventory / supplies / materials
e] Transportation [business operation ONLY]
f] This funding is exclusive to Canadian Nationals ONLY.
g] The Owner of the business must hire, Canadian Nationals ONLY, 100%
Section E - Excluded in the Capital Funding are products / services that are harmful to the We The People as a Society.
a] alcohol or anything related to alcohol
b] illicit drugs of any kind
c] prostitution
d] tobacco
e] gambling
f] pornographic business [of any kind]
g] vaping, etc.
Section F – Directives for National Treasury / Provincial Treasury/ Small and Medium Business Ministries [National and Provincial].
I] Forthwith, increase the number of small and medium businesses in operation in the Kingdom of Canada via and through this Royal Decree by one hundred percent [100%] every ninety [90] days.
II] This increase must be visible in small and medium business physical count in every town, village, municipality, cities, Provinces and Territories.
III] Forthwith, these increases in numbers of small and medium business operation across the Kingdom of Canada must be measurable by month, quarterly and yearly basis.
IV] Forthwith, all businesses are to be conducted and operated under Natural Law ONLY.
Section G – Canadian [Children] Nationals
a] Canadian Nationals Children boys and girls are encouraged and authorized to operate and own their business under this Royal Decree, at the age of ten years old.
b] Canadian Children wishing to start their own business are allowed to borrow business capital money from the age of ten [10] years and older under this Royal Decree - Business Loan Programs.
This Royal Decree is effective immediately.
Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, artificial creation of famine, financial fraud, bribery and corruption, and money laundering.
And so it is.
