Re: WW1WGA~ Full Service Gasoline Stations in The Kingdom of Canada
To the Attention of:
1] The Kingdom of Canada's Armed Forces
2] The Kingdom of Canada's Special Forces and Allied Special Forces
3] The Kingdom of Canada's Space Force
4] The We The People of the Kingdom of Canada
5] Bureau of National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada
6] The Kingdom of Canada Courts under Natural Law
7] Bureau of Well [Health] of the Kingdom of Canada
8] Bureau of Trades and Industry of the Kingdom of Canada
I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today June 12, 2024 and retroactive July 1, 1867, as follows, under Natural Law.
1] Forthwith, all subsidies [in all forms] provided to private, cooperative, non profit, charitable, foundation [private & private], religious and non religious gasoline stations across the Kingdom of Canada are hereby cancelled and nullified.
2] Forthwith, all gasoline, oil, LNG, diesel,propane heating oil, etc subsidies [in all forms] previously provided to Gasoline [oil companies ] across the Kingdom of Canada are to be provided DIRECTLY to individuals/families/household in need of the gasoline, diesel, LNG, heating oil, propane etc, subsidies.
3] Forthwith, the Kingdom of Canada bureau / ministry of Natural Resources and Oil and Gas must immediately secure parcels of lands and multiple buildings sufficient for the purposes of opening gasoline stations, in every city, town, village, in every province and territory across the Kingdom of Canada. This is to ensure We The People of the Kingdom of Canada have access to abundant gasoline, diesel, LNG, propane, and or heating oil etc, supply, low cost gasoline, diesel, LNG, propane, heating oil etc, and easy access to fully supplied gasoline stations to be fully opened and staffed twenty four hours a day (24 hrs) all year round.
4] Forthwith, all previous contracts/ sub-contracts/ monies, budget, subsidies provided to Charity /Not for Profit Organizations / Foundations/ Gasoline Stations Owners/ Co-operative/ Tribes/ Reserves and the likes / Religious and non religious entities is effectively cancelled null and void. These monies / subsidies are now REALLOCATED to the Kingdom of Canada’s gasoline stations, known as "WW1WGA" across the Kingdom of Canada forthwith.
5] Forthwith, The Kingdom of Canada’s gasoline stations have the “first right of refusal to buying any and all gasoline, propane, diesel, heating oil, natural gas, LNG, etc, extracted, manufactured, produced, processed, refined, etc by oil and gas companies in the Kingdom of Canada.
6] Forthwith, "Canadian Nationals" are authorized, entitled, privileged, respected, dignified and honoured to enter the Kingdom of Canada Gasoline Stations anywhere in the Kingdom of Canada and request for gasoline, diesel, LNG, propane, natural gas, heating oil, etc, free of charge upon presentation of their The Kingdom of Canada Nationality Card, as follows:
a) A monthly limit of, five hundred litres [500 litters] maximum MONTHLY for every Canadian National [driving adult/driving youth].
b) This monthly limit is reset to ZERO at each, 28th day of every month, X 13 months / Year = 28 days a month x 13 months.
c) This privilege is non transferable.
d) This monthly allowance of five hundred litters is for each and every type of product mentioned above [ie, 500 ltr gas, 500 ltr propane, 500 lts diesel, 500 ltr heating oil].
e) These privileges apply across the Kingdom of Canada [Canadian Nationals can claim their gasoline allowance anywhere in the Kingdom of Canada.
f) A National database must be established and “Quantum Computing System” employed to allow for an independent and accurate accounting [fraud proof] of gasoline credits claimed by Canadian Nationals each time they refuel regardless of their location in the Kingdom of Canada.
g) A special note: These free products CANNOT be RESOLD or TRANSFERED to anyone anywhere inside and or outside The Kingdom of Canada. Anyone caught selling or giving away these products/ or transferring his or her Canadian Nationals privileges to anyone inside or outside The Kingdom of Canada or to NON Canadian Nationals inside or outside The Kingdom of Canada shall have his or her privileges to all free products mentioned above revoked for a minimum of ten years [10 years]. Furthermore, charges of economic sabotage maybe levied on such individuals as well.
h) The costs of gasoline, diesel, propane, heating oil shall be drawn from the Kingdom of Canada’s National Treasury Budget “Transportation Budget Allocation" of, One Hundred Billion Dollars Budget [$100, 000,000.00] yearly”
7] For Canadian Nationals living in remote areas /northern territories the Kingdom of Canada’s Military is authorized to use our military cargo aircraft “C-17” to deliver gasoline, propane, diesel, oil, heating oil, on a weekly basis to these remote areas paid for by the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada, as per allocated “Transportation Budget Allocation” of, One Hundred Billion Dollars Budget [$100, 000,000. 000. 00] yearly”.
8] Gasoline Stores are prohibited from charging “charge backs” to the suppliers across the Kingdom of Canada.
9] Gasoline Stores are prohibited from unilaterally “increasing retail price /price fixing” of any of the suppliers product[s] without the suppliers prior written informed consent.
10] Gasoline Stations [gas station owners] are prohibited from charging the suppliers “listing fees/transport fees”
11] Suppliers are prohibited from pulling their products from Gasoline Store unless for safety reasons.
12] Gasoline stores, suppliers, and producers are prohibited from discarding products are that are 2 days beyond the prescribed expiry date.
13] Oil, LNG, Propane, and Gas, producers, manufacturers, refineries, etc are prohibited from discarding products that are over their production quotas.
14] The Gasoline Stores owned by We The People of the Kingdom of Canada shall be known as “Where We Go One We Go All – WWG1WGA – Gasoline Stores”
15] Gasoline Stations owned by Foreign Corporations/ Foreign Nationals/ Foreign Nationals Share Holders are PROHIBITED and UNLAWFUL in the Kingdom of Canada.
16] All monies previously allocated and granted to 3rd party to provide and supply fuel, diesel, propane, gas, LNG, etc, to the We The People of the Kingdom of Canada is null and void. It is important to note that Gasoline Station Industry was created to add an additional bureaucratic and economic hurdle whilst re-victimizing the We The People of The Kingdom of Canada, which included PRICE FIXING of oil, gas, diesel, LNG propane, heating oil which constituted “creation of artificial famine” and economic sabotage, crimes against humanity.
17] All Gasoline Stores owned by the We The People of the Kingdom of Canada shall employ only Canadian Nationals only [100% of employee roster]
18] Export of Canadian Oil, Gas, Propane, LNG, Natural Gas, diesel, heating oil, etc is temporarily suspended until further notice.
19] The Kingdom of Canada Gasoline Stores owned by We The People must be in full operation on or before September 15, 2024.
20] All 3rd party non for profit/charity/foundation/cooperative, etc [ie gas stations] must return all funds to the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada on or before September 15, 2024 and close up shop across the Kingdom of Canada.
21] All We The Peoples Gasoline Stations across The Kingdom of Canada are “Full Service” which includes, oil level, check, tire pressure check, windshield / window cleaning.
22] All Ministries/Bureaus and or Departments affected by this Royal Decree as hereby instructed to work cohesively and ensure these Gasoline stores are fully in compliance with all requirements herein and provide the services to the We The People of the Kingdom of Canada.
Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, artificial creation of famine, financial fraud, corruption, and money laundering and murder. Furthermore, a daily financial penalty of “one hundred million dollars backed by gold and silver for every violation / infraction.”
This Royal Decree is effective immediately.
And so it is.
