Re: Safety, Security, Care, Protection, and FUNDING, of the Kingdom of Canada’s Children and Youth in CARE Homes, FOSTER Homes, LOCAL communities, and Authorities [Federal, Provincial, Territorial, City]

I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, Commander -in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree, dated today May 29, 2024 to all Kingdom of Canada and Global Special Allied Forces AND respective Ministries to action FORTHWITH this Royal Decree as specified herein under Natural Law;

1] SAFETY; in all matters pertaining to the SAFETY of a child or children must first and foremost be evaluated by independent 3rd party to determine the level of care in ensuring the child/children are safe in any particular home.

2] SECURITY; in all matters pertaining to the SECURITY of a child or children must first and foremost be evaluated by independent 3rd party to determine the level of care in ensuring the child/children are safe in any particular home.

3] CARE; in all matters pertaining to the level of CARE of a child or children must first and foremost be evaluated by independent 3rd party to determine the level of care in ensuring the child/children are safe in any particular home.

4] PROTECTION; in all matters pertaining to the level of PROTECTION of a child or children must first and foremost be evaluated by independent 3rd party to determine the level of care in ensuring the child/children is /are safe in that particular home. Zero child shall be placed in any home [blood related or not] where one or more resident is alcoholic, drug addict, violent, incest, pedophile, child sex predator, physical abuser, anger issues, etc, etc.

5] COMMUNITY;

A] Community/Village/Town/ Municipality/ Tribes/ Reserves must have an established children care services and facilities, transparent, proven safe, proven secure, proven capable, proven zero corruption, oven zero violence, proven zero drug use and abuse, proven zero depression, proven zero child death,

zero abuse of any kind, bribery, and misappropriation of money prior to taking responsibilities for caring for a child/children in their home and or local community.

B] Communities/ Village/ Town/ Municipality / Tribes / Reserves must have an established children and youth care services / facilities prior to taking on responsibilities for caring for a child/children/youth.

6] Foster Parent[s] /Foster Homes Responsibilities;

A] Foster parents/parent/Homes are / is lawfully, criminally and financially responsible for any and all harm caused to a child, children, and Youth while in their care.

B] Immunity for Foster parents/parent/Homes convicted of crimes against children in their care is, ZERO

7] EVIDENCE based / Merit based qualifications;

Potential Foster Homes /Foster Parents/ Parents /Step Parent must be evaluated based on merit using the following benchmarks below ie. zero pedophiles, alcoholics, drug addicts, sexual predators, sex addicts, murderers, drug traffickers, spouse abusers, mentally ill, violent individuals, child abuser, animal abuser, adrenochrome addicts, people with anger management issues, people who have used illicit drugs for recreational use, criminals released from prison, refugees, not Canadian Nationals, SATANIC RITUALS, advocated for bio-weapon injections, adult attracted to children sexually, human traffickers, previously in business of human trafficking, drugs trafficking, sex trafficking, organ harvesting, smokers [tobacco, alcohol and or cannabis or other forms of products harmful to a child’s overall well being [short term/long term], etc, etc.

8] A community/village/group/family; receiving funding relating to the care, safety, security and protection of Children under the age of 24 years old must lawfully agree to unannounced / unscheduled random forensic adult performed by the Kingdom of Canada’s Bureau of Well/ Bureau of Families / Bureau of Children and Youth and or special task force commissioned by Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo and or her Assignee to perform such forensic audits all year round.

9] FUNDING;

A] The ministry of WELL at the Provincial/Territorial/National level working in tandem with the Bureau / Ministry of Finance [Provincial/Territorial and National] shall withhold/cancel/nullify money previously allocated to children and youth programs where zero established proven capable, safe and secure child care facilities and services are present.

B] Remove Children from Foster Homes

10] The same measure pertaining to funding [see #7] shall be applied where illegal /unlawful drug/alcoholism/physical/mental/psychological abuse, etc, has been endemic, systemic / prevalent in the said home and or community.

11] ARREST AND CHARGE with domestic terrorism, treason, money laundering, fraud, creation of artificial famine, embezzlement, crimes against homo sapiens anyone who has/is misused, stolen, and laundered, the monies allocated for Children and Youth personal support and programs.

12] 24 hour Hot-line Nationwide; ESTABLISH a dedicated hot-line for Children and Youth requesting immediate search, rescue, and extraction from abusive/dangerous Forster Homes/Parent[s]. Speed dial for children #777 [Nationwide].

13] Children placed in care homes / foster homes must each be provided with a cell phones for emergency use – programmed to speed dial #777 [Nationwide] for immediate ASSISTANCE

14] Establish a Children and Youth 24 hours hotline #777- 777- 7777 [Nationwide] where Children and Youth can ANONYMOUSLY report crimes against children and Youth via text messages.

15] Perform Forensic Audits on ALL Child Protection Services [CPS] Branch/Units. Prosecute anyone anyone involved in child sex trafficking, human trafficking, took bribes from Forster Homes /Agencies, misused funding, etc, etc.

16] Publish the names of ALL individuals involved who committed crimes against Children.

17] Sex education is limited to Children 19 years and over.

18] Establish in every Village/Town/City/Province/Territory a Kingdom of Canada Children’s Home where "Canadian Nationals Orphaned Children" will be Housed supported, cared for, and protected by the entire Kingdom of Canada we The People.

19] Establish an initial budget for item #18 [above] of ten million [10 million/yr] yearly operational budget [inclusive, food, personal care, security, education, staff, etc], for each and every Kingdom of Canada Children’s Home.

Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with murder, crimes against homo sapiens, economic sabotage, bio-terrorism, domestic terrorism, treason, and hi-treason.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately and retroactively July 1, 1867

And so it is.
