Re: Prohibition of, and an immediate cease and desist order as well as cancellation and suspension of any and or all active programs including research and development pertaining to the following:

a] biological warfare enabling technologies, and

b] synthetic biological warfare technologies

c] bio-engineered foods and drinks for consumption of homo sapiens and all animal species in all forms

d] prohibition on imports and exports of all bio-engineered foods and drinks in all forms for the consumption of homo sapiens and all animal species.

e] prohibition on manufacturing, trade, purchase and sale of BIO-ENGINEERED foods, clothing, and drinks for consumption of homo sapiens and all animal species and plants in all forms

I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, Commander -in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree dated today May 18, 2024 to all Kingdom of Canada and Global Special Allied Forces AND respective Ministries to action FORTHWITH this Royal Decree as specified herein under Natural Law;

1] Prohibition of any and or all programs [active and dormant] including research and development pertaining to BIOLOGICAL warfare enabling technologies

2] Forthwith, cease and desist any and all active and or dormant programs including research and development relating to SYNTHETIC biological warfare technologies

3] Forthwith, cease and desist any and all programs including research and development relating to BIO-ENGINEERED foods and drinks for consumption of homo sapiens and all animal species and plants in all forms

4] Forthwith, cease and desist all IMPORTS and EXPORTS of all bio-engineered foods, clothing, and drinks in all its forms for the consumption of homo sapiens and all animal species.

5] Forthwith, cease and desist all MANUFACTURING, TRADE, PURCHASE AND SALE of all bio-engineered foods, clothing, and drinks in all its forms for the consumption of homo sapiens and all animal species in the Kingdom of Canada.

Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with murder, crimes against homo sapiens, economic sabotage, bio-terrorism, domestic terrorism, treason and hi-treason.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
