Re: Full and Complete Head to Tail [top to bottom] Forensic Audit of, "Cyber Infrastructure", "Financial Systems and Structure" and Information Technology [IT] and including the Commercial Use of Information Technology of all Kingdom of Canada Assets.

I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective forthwith and dated today March 20, 2024 and retro actively July 1, 1867 as follows:

1] Forthwith, Employ and Deploy Cyber Security "Independent Forensic Auditors" to audit from Head to Tail [top to bottom] "Cyber Infrastructure" of all Kingdom of Canada Assets

2] Forthwith, Employ and Deploy, Information Technology "Independent Forensic Auditors" to audit from Head to Tail [top to bottom]"Information Technology" of all Kingdom of Canada Assets. Note: "Information technology (IT) is the use of any computers, storage, networking and other physical devices, infrastructure and processes to create, process, store, secure and exchange all forms of electronic data. Typically, IT is used in the context of business operations, as opposed to technology used for personal or entertainment purposes"

3] Forthwith, Employ and Deploy, "Information Technology Independent Forensic Auditors" to audit from Head to Tail [top to bottom] "Information Technology - the commercial use of, IT" of all Kingdom of Canada Assets. Note: "The commercial use of IT encompasses both computer technology and telecommunications"

4] Forthwith, Employ and Deploy, "Information Technology Independent Forensic Auditors" to audit from Head to Tail [top to bottom] " Financial Systems and Infrastructure " of all Kingdom of Canada Assets. Note: "The commercial use of IT encompasses both computer technology and telecommunications"

5] Certified Forensic Audits results must be published immediately and publicly including names of all individuals/entities/groups/ etc who have committed crimes under Natural Law using the Kingdom of Canada's Cyber Infrastructure, Financial systems Infrastructure and Internet Technology Structure

6] Forensic Audits must be performed going back to 60 years, with 10 years increments when reporting, ie [from year 2024 to 2014, 2014 to 2004, 2004 to 1994, 1994 to 1984, 1984 to 1974, and 1974 to 1964]

Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, high treason, financial fraud, corruption, bribery, money laundering, crimes against homo sapiens [humanity], human trafficking, organ trafficking, financial fraud, artificial creation of famine, domestic terrorism, and murder all of which carries "Death Penalty" Under Natural Law.

Special Note: The list of charges mentioned above under Natural Law are not exhaustive.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
