To the Attention of:

7] Bureau of Transportation and Highways of the Kingdom of Canada

8] Bureaus of Provincial/Territorial Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

9] Bureau of Housing of the Kingdom of Canada

I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today March 13, 2024, retroactively July 1, 1867 as follows, under Natural Law.

Forthwith,

1] All National, Provincial, and Municipal Ministries, Bureaus, Programs and or Initiatives relating to the credit score, credit checks, credit rating, credit bureaus, collection of credit information, credit rating agencies are prohibited, nullified, cancelled, voided, unlawful, and criminal under Natural Law. Furthermore, all offices/entities related to the above mentioned matters are defunded and dismantled.

2] Credit Checks using credit scores/credit rating agencies, etc used to verify Canadian Nationals credit worthiness as previously authorized under the admiralty law, maritime law, common law, civil law,

constitutional Law etc, prior to being granted [fiat currency] LOAN of any kind across the Kingdom of Canada are prohibited, nullified, cancelled, voided, unlawful, and criminal under Natural Law.

Such discriminatory measures created artificial creation of famine, and part and parcel of increasing the number of unhoused Canadians across the Kingdom of Canada. These measures were Communism and Nazism Social Credit in disguise!

3] Credit Check[s] using credit scores/credit rating agencies, etc., as previously authorised under the admiralty law, maritime law, common law, civil law, constitutional Laws etc, [used by the old system to determine a Canadian Nationals credit worthiness prior to being granted [fiat currency] INSURANCE coverage [varying insurance coverage and rates] of any kind across the Kingdom of Canada are prohibited, nullified, cancelled, voided, unlawful, and criminal under Natural Law.

4] Forthwith, Credit Rating Agency[s] / Credit Bureaus [Public / Private] and or Not for Profit are dismantled, voided, unlawful, and criminal across the Kingdom of Canada.

5] These 3rd party entities who collected / compiled details of the Canadian Nationals financial and personal data, without prior infirmed written consent and profited from the said individuals [charging individuals and business[es] fees to access their own financial records.

6] Furthermore, in many occasions the said agencies refused to revise and or update incorrect data causing immeasurable financial harm to individuals and business owners alike across the Kingdom of Canada. A practice that can be likened to pure thuggery and legalised mafia.

7] The use of credit scores/ credit checks that restricted and limited Canadian Nationals ability to rent/buy homes, rent or buy car, rent or buy commercial building[s], insurance premium coverage at a lowest price, etc. Thus, such restrictions imposed upon the Canadian Nationals can be construed as aiding and abetting artificial famine and increasing numbers of unhoused Canadian.

8] All monies previously budgeted from National, and Provincial/Territorial Treasury must be remitted to the National Treasury and reallocated for MedBeds [celestial healing chambers also known as Medbeds].

9] The National, Provincial and Territorial Treasuries of the Kingdom of Canada forthwith must cease and desist transfers of funds to the said entities.

Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, high treason, financial fraud, corruption, bribery, money laundering, artificial creation of famine, domestic terrorism, and murder.

Special Note: The list of charges mentioned above under Natural Law are not exhaustive.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
