To the Attention of:

2] The Kingdom of Canada's Special Forces and Allied Special Forces

5] Bureau of National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

6] The Kingdom of Canada Courts under Natural Law

7] Bureau of Transportation and Highways of the Kingdom of Canada

8] Bureaus of Provincial/Territorial Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

9] Bureau of Housing of the Kingdom of Canada

I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today March 9, 2024, retroactively July 1, 1867 as follows, under Natural Law.

Forthwith,

a] All National, Provincial, and Municipal Ministries, Bureaus, Programs and or Initiatives relating to the driver licensing, registrations, Insurance, of vehicles and or permits are prohibited, nullified, cancelled, voided, unlawful, criminal under Natural Law. Furthermore, all offices/entities related to the above mentioned matters are DEFUNDED.

b] Drivers License [s], registrations, Insurance, and or permits as previously required by the admiralty law, marine law, common law, civil law etc, to operate private and or commercial vehicles across the Kingdom of Canada are prohibited, nullified, cancelled, voided, unlawful, and criminal under Natural Law.

c] Drivers License[s], registrations, Insurance and or permits restricts Canadian Nationals freedom of movement - travelling freely and unhindered across the Kingdom of Canada, while using their chosen mode of transport such as automobile, etc.

d] Drivers License[s], registration, Insurance, and permits restricts Canadian Nationals ability to find employment or start a business outside their town. Thus, such restrictions imposed upon the Canadian Nationals contributes to the creation of artificial creation of famine.

e] Drivers License[s], registration, Insurance, and permits restricts and limits Canadian Nationals ability to transport family members or other members of the public to and from medical treatment. Thus, such restrictions imposed upon the Canadian Nationals can be construed as aiding and abetting murder

f] All monies previously collected, from Driver’s Licenses, Insurance, registrations and or permits are to be used to build pre-fabricated homes for the unhoused across the Kingdom of Canada.

g] All monies previously budgeted from National, and Provincial/Territorial Treasury must be remitted to the National Treasury and reallocated for MedBeds [celestial healing chambers also known as Medbeds].

h] The National, Provincial and Territorial Treasuries of the Kingdom of Canada forthwith must cease and desist transfers of funds to the said entities.

Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, high treason, financial fraud, corruption, bribery, money laundering, artificial creation of famine, domestic terrorism, and murder.

Special Note: The list of charges mentioned above under Natural Law are not exhaustive.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
