I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today March 6, 2024, retroactively January 1, 2024 as follows, under Natural Law.
Forthwith, National and Provincial/Territorial Treasuries of the Kingdom of Canada are to do the following:
a] The National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada is hereby instructed allocate one hundred thirty million dollars [$130,000,000.00] for the purpose of dignified handling of, burial, and cremation of Canadian Nationals [homo sapiens] remains.
b] The Provincial/Territorial Treasuries of the Kingdom of Canada to allocate ten million [$10,000.000.00] dollars for the purpose of dignified handling of, burial, and or cremation of Canadian Nationals [homo sapiens] remains.
c] Widow/living partners of deceased individuals is entitled to receive from five thousand to ten thousand dollars per deceased individual to pay for funeral expenses inclusive coffins/cremation/burial
d] Children/Child/ Parent[s]of deceased individual[s] is entitled to receive from five thousand to ten thousand dollars per deceased to pay individual for funeral expenses inclusive coffins/cremation/burial for their parent[s]
e] IF the deceased individual has zero living children/living spouse/living partner/or living extended family members then a city, provincial, territorial coordinator or peace and prosperity officer for the area must honourably arrange for the deceased body to be properly buried and or cremated and invite the general public to witness / pay respects by publishing details of the burial arrangements including date and location.
f] The money must be directly paid to the individual arranging for the burial and or cremation.
g] The National Treasury must distribute the one hundred thirty million dollars to the provinces/territories as follows for the years 2024 to 2027

10] Newfoundland and Labrador = $5million
11] Yukon = $5 million
12] Northwest Territories = $5 million
13] Nunavut = $5 million
h] This program must be made accessible and administered via the National/Provincial/Territorial Housing Bureaus [Ministries] forthwith.
Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, high treason, artificial creation of famine, financial fraud, corruption, bribery, money laundering, domestic terrorism and murder.
This Royal Decree is effective immediately.
And so it is.
