To the Attention of:

1] The Kingdom of Canada's Armed Forces

2] The Kingdom of Canada's Special Forces and Allied Special Forces

3] The Kingdom of Canada's Space Force

4] The We The People of the Kingdom of Canada

5] Bureau of National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

6] The Kingdom of Canada Courts under Natural Law

7] Bureau of Well [Health] of the Kingdom of Canada

8] Bureau of Trades and Industry of the Kingdom of Canada

I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today March 6, 2024, retroactively July 1, 1867 as follows, under Natural Law.

Forthwith, Cease and Desist:

a] The use of medical forms [ie. form 10 and other medical forms] to falsely arrest individuals expressing opposing views.

b] The use of medical forms as instruments of proof / evidence of an individual's mental state/ mental capacity in the courts. It is prohibited and unlawful.

c] The use of medical forms [ie. form 10] as instrument of proof / evidence in the courts to justify awarding to one party custodial rights/ parental rights or limiting one parent's rights to full custody. It is herewith prohibited, unlawful, and unjust. The Children/child have/has the fundamental rights to grow up with both mother and father in their lives.

d] The use of medical forms [ie form 10 and other forms] to render one's mental capacity in managing his or her financial affairs. It is prohibited and unlawful.

e] The use of medical forms [ie form 10 and other medical forms] to change an individual's "last will of testament" is unlawful and prohibited.

f] Forthwith, release any and all individuals across the Kingdom of Canada who have been falsely imprisoned due to the reliance in and misuse and abuse of medical forms [ie form 10, etc, etc].

g] Arrest and charge with high treason under Natural Law those who have used, misused and abused and been part of corruption, as well as weaponized the medical forms [ie form 10, etc.] for personal, professional, political, and financial gains and or on behalf of particular individuals, entities, and or themselves.

Special Note:

The list above is not exhaustive.

Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, high treason, artificial creation of famine, financial fraud, corruption, bribery, money laundering, domestic terrorism and murder.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
