To the Attention of:

1] The Kingdom of Canada's Armed Forces

2] The Kingdom of Canada's Special Forces and Allied Special Forces

3] The Kingdom of Canada's Space Force

4] The We The People of the Kingdom of Canada

5] Bureau of National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

6] The Kingdom of Canada Courts under Natural Law

7] Bureau of Well [Health] of the Kingdom of Canada

8] Bureau of Trades and Industry of the Kingdom of Canada

I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today March 6, 2024, retroactively July 1, 1867 as follows, under Natural Law.

Forthwith,

1] All Towns, Villages, Cities, Provinces and Territories and all industries in the Kingdom of Canada are instructed to cease and desist the collection of carbon tax fees/levy's.

2] All moneies from "carbon tax fees/carbon tax levy's previously collected from all sources are to be immediately returned to the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada and redirected to funding the Medbeds [celestial healing chambers - also known as medbeds]

3] All fundings/monies previously allocated to "Climate Change" initiatives, programs, ministries, bureaus, etc, etc, are to be immediately returned to the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

4] All "Climate Change" initiatives, programs, ministries, bureaus, not for profits, charities, for profit foundations, not for profit foundations, religious/non religious, etc, etc, foreign or domestic domiciled forthwith are to cease and desist any and all activities. Furthermore, have zero lawful jurisdiction in the Kingdom of Canada under Natural Law.

Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, hi treason, artificial creation of famine, financial fraud, corruption, bribery, money laundering, domestic terrorism and murder.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
