Re: All Towns, Villages, Cities, Provinces and Territories in the Kingdom of Canada are to draw up a comprehensive, cohesive, and immediately actionable and measurable plan[s] to eliminating and preventing the following crimes in their local areas.

Urgent and Important

To the Attention of:

1] The Kingdom of Canada's Armed Forces

2] The Kingdom of Canada's Special Forces and Allied Special Forces

3] The Kingdom of Canada's Space Force

4] The We The People of the Kingdom of Canada

5] Bureau of National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

6] The Kingdom of Canada Courts under Natural Law

7] Bureau of Well [Health] of the Kingdom of Canada

8] Bureau of Trades and Industry of the Kingdom of Canada

I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today February 27, 2024 as follows, under Natural Law.

Forthwith, all Towns, Villages, Cities, Provinces and Territories in the Kingdom of Canada are to draft a comprehensive, cohesive, and immediately actionable and measurable plan[s] to eliminating and preventing the following crimes in their local areas.

Timelines:

i] From today to 12 months [ 1 year plan ]

ii] 12 months to 36 months [1 - 3 years plan ]

iii] 36 months to 60 months [ 3 - 5 years plan ]

iv] 60 months to 120 months [ 5 years to 10 years plan]

These comprehensive plans must be targeted and focused on the following real issues in every community in the Kingdom of Canada and must be presented to HRM Queen Romana Didulo, on or before June 1, 2024.

Targeted and Focused on the following real issues in communities:

a] Poverty elimination and prevention

b] Housing shortage elimination and prevention

c] Elicit Drugs trafficking elimination and prevention

d] Human Trafficking elimination and prevention

e] Adrenochrome elimination and prevention

f] Children missing elimination and prevention

g] Elicit Drug addiction elimination and prevention

h] Violence in the community [involving feminine, masculine, seniors/ ancestors, children] elimination and prevention

i] Gambling addiction elimination and prevention

j] Alcohol addiction elimination and prevention

k] Abuse elimination and prevention and protection of all animals

Special Note: The measure of safety and security in every community in the Kingdom of Canada is for any child, lady, man, senior/ancestor to be able to walk down the street at any time and be able to return home safely without being harassed, bullied, intimidated, accosted, stalked, and or physically, emotionally and mentally assaulted, etc, etc.

Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, hi treason, artificial creation of famine, financial fraud, corruption, bribery, money laundering, domestic terrorism and murder.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
