Re: Elimination of Poverty in the Kingdom of Canada
To the Attention of:
1] The Kingdom of Canada's Armed Forces
2] The Kingdom of Canada's Special Forces and Allied Special Forces

4] The We The People of the Kingdom of Canada
5] Bureau of National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

8] Bureau of Trades and Industry of the Kingdom of Canada
I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today February 24, 2024 and retroactive January 15, 2000 as follows, under Natural Law.
1] Forthwith, all subsidies [in all forms] provided to Grocers across the Kingdom of Canada are hereby cancelled and nullified.
2] Forthwith, all groceries subsidies [in all forms] previously provided to Grocers [grocery companies] across the Kingdom of Canada are to be provided DIRECTLY to individuals/families/household in need of the food subsidies.
3] Forthwith, the Kingdom of Canada bureau / ministry of agriculture must immediately secure multiple buildings sufficient for the purposes of opening grocery stores, in every city, town, village, in every province and territory across the Kingdom of Canada. This is to ensure We The People of the Kingdom of Canada have access to abundant food supply, low cost foods, nutritional food / balanced diet, and easy access to food.
4] Forthwith, all previous contracts/ sub-contracts/ monies, budget, subsidies provided to Charity /Not for Profit Organizations / Foundations/ Food Banks and the likes / Religious and non religious entities is effectively cancelled null and void. These monies / subsidies must now be reallocated to the Kingdom of Canada’s grocery stores across the Kingdom of Canada forthwith.
5] Forthwith, The Kingdom of Canada’s grocery stores have the “first right of refusal to buying any and all produce, dairy products, poultry, beef products, etc, planted and harvested by farmers in the Kingdom of Canada.
6] Forthwith, Canadian Nationals are authorized, entitled, privileged, respected, dignified and honoured to enter the Kingdom of Canada stores anywhere in the Kingdom of Canada and request for food hampers free of charge for him/her [individual] or family, immediately upon presentation of their Kingdom of Canada Nationality Cards. The costs of foods shall be drawn from the Kingdom of Canada’s National Treasury Budget “Food and Water Budget Allocation of, One Hundred Billion Dollars Budget [$100, 000,000.00] yearly”
7] For Canadian Nationals living in remote areas /northern territories the Kingdom of Canada’s Military is authorized to use our military cargo aircraft “C-17” to deliver food, water, and essential supplies on a weekly basis to these remote areas paid for by the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada, as per
allocated “Food and Water Budget Allocation of, One Hundred Billion Dollars Budget [$100, 000,000. 000. 00] yearly”.
8] Grocery stores are prohibited from charging “charge backs” to the suppliers across the Kingdom of Canada.
9] Grocery stores are prohibited from unilaterally “increasing retail price” of any of the suppliers product[s] without the suppliers prior written informed consent.
10] Grocers [grocery owners] are prohibited from charging the suppliers “listing fees”
11] Suppliers are prohibited from pulling their products from Grocery store shelves unless for safety reasons.
12] Grocery stores, suppliers, and farmers are prohibited from discarding foods/produce/dairy products are that are 2 days beyond the prescribed expiry date, their imperfect shapes or slightly bruised during transport.
13] Farmers are prohibited from discarding foods/produce/dairy products that are over their production quotas.
14] The Grocery Stores owned by We The People of the Kingdom of Canada shall be known as “ Where We Go One We Go All – WWG1WGA”
15] Food Banks are prohibited in the Kingdom of Canada. All monies previously allocated and granted to 3rd party to provide and supply food to the We The People of the Kingdom of Canada is null and void. This Food Bank Industry was created to add an additional bureaucratic hurdle whilst re-victimizing the We The People of the Kingdom of Canada.
16] All Grocery Stores owned by the We The People of the Kingdom of Canada shall employ only Canadian Nationals only [100% of employee roster]
17] Export of Canadian grown foods/produce/dairy/beef/poultry/seafood [anything food related] is temporarily suspended until further notice.
18] The Kingdom of Canada Grocery Stores owned by We The People must be in full operation on or before June 1, 2024.
19] All 3rd party non for profit/charity/foundation etc [ie food banks] must return all funds to the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada on or before June 1, 2024 and close up shop across the Kingdom of Canada.
20] All Ministries/Bureaus and or Departments affected by this Royal Decree as hereby instructed to work cohesively and ensure these grocery stores are fully in compliance with all requirements herein and provide the services to the We The People of the Kingdom of Canada.
Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, artificial creation of famine, financial fraud, corruption, and money laundering and murder. Furthermore, a daily financial penalty of “one hundred million dollars backed by gold and silver for every violation / infraction.”
This Royal Decree is effective immediately.
And so it is.
