b] Business Owners / Companies must Refund the $15, 000.00 [per employee] from foreign workers collected prior to , during, and or after employment of the said foreign worker for whatsoever reasons.

6] The Kingdom of Canada Courts under Natural Law

7] Bureau of Well [Health] of the Kingdom of Canada

8] Bureau of Trades and Industry of the Kingdom of Canada

I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today February 22, 2024 and retroactive January 1, 2000 as follows, under Natural Law.

1] Forthwith, defunding and closure of all Kingdom of Canada Labour Market Impact Assessment [LMIA] Deparments, Ministries, Programs and Subsidies, across the Kingdom of Canada

2] All business owners/ companies who received fifteen thousand dollars [$15,000.00 per foreign worker - directly from the foreign employees whether prior to, during, or after their tenure as employee of the said company must be refunded to the employees.

3] All business owners/companies currently with foreign workers in their payroll must pay those employees the same and benefits as would Canadian National employees. This program has been used by many [not all] as their cash cow [taking $15,000.00 from foreign workers in a form of payment for giving them work in Canada] as well as receiving wage subsidies for the said foreign employees from the LMIA program/paid for by We The People of the Kingdom of Canada.

4] All business owners/ companies who received the $15,000.00 payment from the foreign workers must refund forthwith the full amount received from the LMIA wage subsidy. Further, those said companies business licenses are effectively null and void and must immediately close for defrauding the We The People [receiving wage subsidy and charging the $15, 000.00 abusing foreign workers]

5] Return forthwith all monies previously budgeted/allocated for the LMIA program / wage subsidies to the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

6] All buildings currently occupied [owned] by the We The People must be converted into affordable housing for Canadian Nationals.

7] All rented buildings currently occupied by LMIA programs, ministries, departments, etc, must be vacated and rental agreement cancelled forthwith.

Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, artificial creation of famine, financial fraud, human trafficking,

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
