To the Attention of:

1] The Kingdom of Canada's Armed Forces

2] The Kingdom of Canada's Special Forces and Allied Special Forces

3] The Kingdom of Canada's Space Force

4] The We The People of the Kingdom of Canada

5] Bureau of National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

6] The Kingdom of Canada Courts under Natural Law

7] Bureau of Well [Health] of the Kingdom of Canada

I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today February 21, 2024 and retroactive September 15, 2023 as follows, under Natural Law.

1] Prohibition and closures of all Kingdom of Canada owned / joint venture /funded / managed liquor stores across the Kingdom of Canada

2] Prohibition and closures of all Kingdom of Canada owned /joint venture/ funded / managed casinos across the Kingdom of Canada

3] Prohibition and closures of all Kingdom of Canada owned / joint venture/ funded / managed cannabis stores across the Kingdom of Canada

4] Prohibition and closures of all Kingdom of Canada owned / joint venture/ funded / managed vaping stores across the Kingdom of Canada

5] Prohibition and closures of all Kingdom of Canada owned / joint venture/ funded / managed lottery sales/draws across the Kingdom of Canada

6] Prohibition and closures of all Boards/ Council/ Management, etc pertaining to the above businesses.

7] Forthwith return all monies previously allocated to the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

8] Forthwith liquidate all products and inventories previously purchased and remit proceeds to the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

9] Forthwith cancel all suppliers/buyers contract and remit proceeds to the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

10] Forthwith cancel all building rental contracts and remit money originally earmarked for expansion, renovation, etc, etc,

11] Forthwith convert all buildings owned and previously occupied by the above businesses and regulatory bodies into affordable housing for We The People of the Kingdom of Canada.

12] All liquor boards/Councils/ Trustees are forthwith null and void.

The Kingdom of Canada is not in the business of promoting gambling, and or any kind of addiction to the populace of the Kingdom of Canada

Violators of this Royal Decree shall be charged with economic sabotage, treason, artificial creation of famine.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
