Royal Decree -

Re: Financial Forensic Audit of ALL Crown Corporations' Executive Board of Directors and Directors performance, financial compensation, budgets, bonuses, and expenses

To the Attention of:

1] The Kingdom of Canada's Armed Forces

2] The Kingdom of Canada's Special Forces

3] The Kingdom of Canada's Space Force

4] The We The People of the Kingdom of Canada

5] Bureau of National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

6] Bureau of National Defense of the Kingdom of Canada

7] The Kingdom of Canada Courts under Natural Law

I AM, HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today January 31, 2024 as follows, under Natural Law.

1] Financial Forensic Audit of all crown corporations in the Kingdom of Canada including all of their subsidiaries.

2] Performance review of all crown corporation executive board of directors and board of directors in the Kingdom of Canada

3] Reduction in numbers of Board of Directors to four (4) members maximum:

a, Co-Chair of the board (x2)

b, Treasurer, and

c, Secretary

4] Immediate removal / dismissal of All Board of Directors members from public companies that have lost monies in the years, 2021,2022, and or 2023.

5] Immediate removal / dismissal of All Board of Directors from public companies that have failed to adhere to their total operational budget [spent over the allocated budget] in any of the years, 2019, 2020, 2021,2022, and or 2023.

6] Cancel all bonuses including profit sharing bonuses for executive board of directors, upper and middle management effective immediately.

7] Immediately reduce management percentage to a three percent (3%) ratio between management and front line staff. For example, if there are one hundred front line staff, three are management team members and ninety seven are front line staff.

8] Travel expenses EXCLUDES, first class, and or business class tickets, or limousines

9] Food and Housing expenses EXCLUDES, Penthouses, sub-penthouses, 4,5 star hotels and 7 star hotels and or restaurants. Alcohol and illicit drugs, gambling, prostitutes and escorts expenses are prohibited.

10] Hire based on merit, ONLY.

11] Salaries of the board of executive board of directors/directors cannot exceed 150,000.00/year

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
