Royal Decree - Construction Industry - streamlining I AMs [Canadian Nationals] want to build home in the Kingdom of Canada

To the Attention of:

1] The Kingdom of Canada's Armed Forces

2] The Kingdom of Canada's Special Forces

3] The Kingdom of Canada's Space Force

4] The We The People of the Kingdom of Canada

5] Bureau of National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

6] Bureau of National Defense of the Kingdom of Canada

7] The Kingdom of Canada Courts under Natural Law

8] Bureau of Constructions and Buildings of the Kingdom of Canada

I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today January 28, 2024 as follows under Natural Law.

1] A Canadian National Certified Professional Engineer drawings/plans stamped by the Engineer is sufficient to commence the project.

2] The plot of land for the said project must have been pre-approved by the zoning bureau/ministry per HRM Queen Romana Didulo's previous Royal Decrees on housing and construction.

3] A detailed Budget for the project management of the said project from start to finish [include estimated start and completion date]

4]. The Certified Engineers who has done the drawings and stamped on the drawings shall be held professionally, financially, and personally responsible for the changes or errors pertaining to the said project drawing.

5]. A Canadian National Certified Engineer drawings with his/her professional stamp on the drawings is sufficient to grant building permit, book inspections for building, electrical, plumbing. This permit is FREE as previously decreed by HRM Queen Romana Didulo of the Kingdom of Canada.

6]. Experienced and reputable Canadian domiciled excavation company can be hired to excavate the cavity in the ground appropriate for the footings for the layout of the house and all sewer and hydro installation required. The same excavation company is responsible for the back filling of the foundation and removing any access soil not required

7]. Experienced and reputable Canadian domiciled foundation/concrete company to pour footings and wall of the foundation.

8.] Experience and reputable Canadian domiciled framer company to frame the house according to the Engineer's stamped drawings.

9]. A Canadian National Certified Plumber can be hired to complete all plumbing for the project according to safety codes.

10]. A Canadian National Certified Electrician can be hired to complete all electrical for the project according to safety codes.

11.] All other finishing trades/sub-trades must be Canadian Nationals certified, experienced, and reputable [ie. Roofers, Sidings, Soffit, Facia, Painters, Landscapers, Drywallers, Finish Carpenters, Kitchen, bathroom and Bricklayers.

12.] Grading of the property lot to ensure of water run off

13.] All waste from the project site must be disposed of safely and appropriately.

14.] All Trades/sub-trades must be up to date with their codes as technology in the Kingdom of Canada changes rapidly [the release of supressed technology].

15.] The Kingdom of Canada's Humanitarian Military personnel and Veterans can be employed for labour force drawing from their experience and expertise to supplement labour force to execute these projects timely.

16.] In all matters keep it simple and use common sense.

ONLY Canadian domiciled companies and owned one hundred percent [100%] by Canadians are authorized to build these projects for Canadian Nationals.

Violators of this Royal Decree shall immediately be arrested and charged with economic sabotage, organized crime, corruption, domestic terrorism, treason, and financial fraud.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
