Royal Decree - Construction Industry - streamlining building SUBDIVISION Housing in the Kingdom of Canada
To the Attention of:
1] The Kingdom of Canada's Armed Forces

8] Bureau of Constructions and Buildings of the Kingdom of Canada
I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today January 27, 2024 as follows under Natural Law.
1] The Builder must be the original purchaser of the land being developed [building lots].
2] The number of building lots will be determined at time of land purchase as approved by zoning bureau/zoning.
3] Builders must hire certified excavating company [local to the city] to install all the sewer and water that feed that project.
4] Builders selling sub-divided lots to customer that want a house constructed is permitted a mark up price of up to one percent [1%] of the total original purchased price according to the to the size of the lot. For example, if the total purchase price of the land was ten million for ten thousand square feet...Then, you divide 10 million by 10 thousand square feet then multiple the cost by the number of square footage of the sub-divided parcel of land.
5] For the protection of both builder and buyer
a] The funds from the buyer [the deposit] must be placed into a 3rd party escrow account authorized by the bureau/ministry of housing where it will remain until the house has been built and the building has been issued "inspection certification" by the certified inspectors employed by the Bureau/Ministry of Housing.
b] For warranty purposes and protection of the buyers/new home owners, a minimum THIRTY percent [30%] of total purchase price of the newly constructed home must be placed 3rd party escrow account authorized by the bureau/ministry of housing where it will remain for a minimum of one year [1 year] or until the time allotted in the warranty contract has elapsed for every home constructed by the builder.
6] Under Natural Law, builders are required to use triple [AAA] rated quality materials ONLY on all buildings constructed in the Kingdom of Canada. An audit of every building materials purchased by the builder [claimed to have been used for construction] must be available for inspection by the certified inspectors employed by the bureau/ministry of housing.
7] A plot of land designated for detached home constructions are authorized to build up to five [5] separate detached homes thus encouraging nuclear family members to stay together [ie. a house for
our great grand parents, grand parents, parents, adult children, and grand children - all living in one plot of land].
8] Builders are not authorized to draw funds from the buyers money [deposit] placed into the third party escrow account before, and during the construction phase of the project.
9] For the protection of all sub-trades
a) Builders must place a minimum forty percent [40%] of total value of the purchased price of the newly constructed home into a 3rd party escrow account authorized by the bureau/ministry of housing where it will remain until the work by the sub-trades have been completed, inspected, and certified by inspectors.
b) Payment to all sub-trades must be released within 24 hours upon project completion. Failure to release payment after certified inspectors have certified the work of the sub-trade contractors shall result in the builders license being revoked, private and corporation properties seized and liquidated and bank accounts [company and personal] frozen and used to pay the sub-trades workers.
10] The RESALE of land earmarked and purchased for sub-divisions is prohibited. This means, the buyer must be the builder. This prevents the opportunists select few from buying large parcels of land and reselling it to the builders thus inflating the cost of homes and land artificially in the Kingdom of Canada.
11] The allowable price mark up from total cost of building the detached home is one [1%] percent maximum.
12] ONLY Canadian domiciled companies and owned one hundred percent [100%] by Canadians are authorized to build these projects for Canadian Nationals.
Violators of this Royal Decree shall immediately be arrested and charged with economic sabotage, organized crime, corruption, domestic terrorism, treason, and financial fraud.
This Royal Decree is effective immediately.
And so it is.
