Royal Decree - Construction Industry - streamlining building in the Kingdom of Canada

To the Attention of:

1] The Kingdom of Canada's Armed Forces

2] The Kingdom of Canada's Special Forces

3] The Kingdom of Canada's Space Force

4] The We The People of the Kingdom of Canada

5] Bureau of National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

6] Bureau of National Defense of the Kingdom of Canada

7] The Kingdom of Canada Courts under Natural Law

8] Bureau of Constructions and Buildings of the Kingdom of Canada

I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today January 26, 2024 as follows under Natural Law.

1] All structural projects are to pull a permit.

a) One permit [1] for the whole project.

b) This permit is free [zero fee] of charge irrespective of the size of the construction project and

c) This permit automatically registers the project /project owner on the docket for the following inspections:

c1] structural and integrity inspection

c2] electrical

c3] plumbing

2] Zoning must keep the integrity of the landscape unless expropriated by Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, for We The Peoples Housing, Celestial Chambers [medbeds] Centres, Natural Law Courts, Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo's Command Centre/Office, Natural Law Centre for education for the We The People.

3] Zoning must be clearly identified as follows:

R- Zone

a) Residential 1, low density

b) Residential 2, med density

c) Residential 3, high density MIXED use building

d) Residential 3, high density

C- Zone

a) Commercial 1, restaurants,

b) Commercial 2, offices,

a) Commercial 3, services,

d) Commercial 4, big box stores

e) Commercial 5, gas stations

D- Zone

Industrial 1, manufacturing,

Industrial 2, Processing,

Industrial 3, refining,

Industrial 4, packaging

Industry 5, bottling

Industrial 5a, MIXED use zone [manufacturing, processing, packaging, labeling, refining, etc]

3] A Canadian [National] Certified Architect "project drawings and stamped by him or her within sixty days [60 days] prior to presenting the project for approval" is sufficient to start the project.

4] Inspections and Inspectors - certified structural engineer and certified building inspector are authorized to carry inspection to comply with the Kingdom of Canada's building codes [to be updated us materials and technologies evolve and advances in rapid phase]. This inspection is to be conducted both on private and public property [projects]

4a] Inspectors - this department/bureau must be forthwith INDEPENDENT and SEPARATE in all aspects of its operation from the City Hall and reports directly to the National Bureau of Housing

4b] Project/Building Permits - this department/bureau must be forthwith INDEPENDENT and SEPARATE in all aspects of its operation from the City Hall and reports directly to the National Bureau of Housing

5] Structural Engineers and Certified Building Inspectors [Nationalized standards across the Kingdom] must be hired immediately at a ratio of, twenty to one [20] building projects requiring inspections/permits per inspector [Ratio-20/1] to support Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo's housing initiative across the Kingdom of Canada.

6] All Certified trades and sub-trades [ie, electricians and plumbers, etc] are to perform their work based on a Nationalized standards across the Kingdom of Canada.

7] Building Permits are to be issued [zero fees of any kind] on or before the third [3rd] business day of project submission without exception. That's three [3] business days.

8] Trades, subtrades, sub-contracts and journey trades from other provinces and territories are authorized forthwith to travel to other province/territory and work without having to retrain or relicense in different provinces/territories.

9] Prior to any work on the project commences and shovels go into the ground all contracts must be signed under Natural Law.

10] Regardless of the size of the project undertaking certified inspections and engineers must be part and parcel of the process from start to completion to ensure We The Peoples safety.

11] The National and Provincial Housing Bureaus/Ministries of the Kingdom of Canada are hereby authorized to implement this Royal Decree and allocate funding for hiring immediately appropriate numbers of inspectors and structural engineers to work in every city/town.

Further to fund the daily operation of this task oriented bureau/department by allocating budgets commensurate to the required number of inspectors in every city/town.

12] Revenues previously collected from building permits inclusive those collected fees originating from city and national governments are to be immediately transferred to the National/Provincial Housing Bureaus/Ministries to be allocated for the building inspection permits inspectors salaries.

13] This general guidance streamlining the building industry in the Kingdom of Canada will be followed by itemized process concerning the sub-division, detached homes, etc, etc. to be released tomorrow January 27, 2024.

14] Violators of this Royal Decree shall immediately be arrested and charged with economic sabotage, organized crime, corruption, domestic terrorism, treason, and financial fraud.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
