I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today January 8, 2024 authorize the following:
A] All Farmers in the Kingdom of Canada are to allocate fifty percent [50%] of their arable land to farm [plant Hemp Trees] to support the Housing and Economic initiative of the Kingdom of Canada
B] All Farmers are to be provided with one hundred percent [100%] gasoline subsidies [using colour coded fuel].
C] All Farmers are to be provided with one hundred percent [100%] access to water irrigation free of charge.
D] The remainder fifty percent [50%] of arable land is to be used to plant organic food crops [immediately consumable food crops] or grow organically fed cows, chickens, etc, etc]
E] Export of food grown/harvested in the Kingdom of Canada remains remains restricted to date with seventy five percent [75%] remaining in the Kingdom of Canada to main food security and food price stability for Canadian Nationals
F] Export of Hemp Tree Lumber/wood and other hemp tree made products is prohibited until further notice.
The National Treasury and Provincial Treasuries of the Kingdom of Canada are hereby instructed to: release the allocated funding [backed by gold and silver] as follows:
1] Hemp Tree planting,
2] Harvesting,
3] Processing,
4] Manufacturing, and
5] Packaging of Hemp Tree products
Budget allocation by Province and Territory to be released in 3 phases
Phase i – 33%
Phase ii – 33%, and
Phase iii – 34 %
1] British Columbia – 500 million
2] Alberta – 500 million
3] Saskatchewan – 500 million
4] Manitoba – 500 million
5] Ontario – 500 million
6] Quebec – 500 million
7] New Brunswick – 500 million
8] Nova Scotia – 500 million
9] PEI – 500 million
10] Newfoundland and Labrador – 500 million
11] Yukon – 500 million
12] Nunavut – 500 million
13] NWT – 500 million
Total Budget = six billion five hundred million [6.5 billion] for years 2024-2026
This Royal Decree is effective immediately retroactive January 1, 2023
