Royal Decree - defunding private and public universities and colleges
Public and private universities and colleges teaching NON practical/NON Trades/ NON businesses / wealth creation and generation are defunded with immediate effect.
All funding is to be suspended, canceled, nillified, and returned to the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada].
This Royal Decree is effective immediately.
And so it is.
