7] Bureau of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Canada

 I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today January 1, 2024 authorizing the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada to allocate one trillion backed by gold and silver and open an account using [Quantum Financial System] in the name of, The We The People of the Kingdom of Canada Investment Wealth Fund with the following conditions:

1] Investment Wealth Funds to be invested in the Kingdom of Canada only in areas of oil, gas, gold, silver, mining, extraction, processing, hemp trees [planting, processing, manufacturing of hemp products and houses] critical minerals/ precious metals

2] The Kingdom of Canada’s National Economic Corridor [National clean water, oil, gas, LNG, sewage pipeline] from coast to coast to coast

3] Farming Equipment, Water irrigation for farmers

4] Vehicles, appliances, etc, powered by Hydrogen

5] Trades [training Canadian Nationals ie, on building homes, shipbuilding, electricians, organic farming, etc.]

6] The defacto Beneficiaries, Owners, Shareholders, Managers, Directors, and Trustees, of “The Kingdom of Canada We The Peoples’ Investment Fund” are all Canadian Nationals [living breathing blood flowing- masculine and feminine] under Natural Law.

7] one hundred percent [100%] of the “The Kingdom of Canada We The Peoples’ Investment Fund” must be invested inside the Kingdom of Canada ONLY.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
