Royal Decree – REDUCTION in non producing labour force -Governmental staffing/Labour force from 100% down to 10% labour force [for example, a bureau/minister/department that has 100 staff members [inclusive subcontractors] are to be reduced to 10 staff members effective immediately.

5] The Kingdom of Canada's Special Ops

7] Bureau of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Canada

8] Bureau of National Defense of the Kingdom of Canada

9] Bureau of National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

10] National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

11] Bureau of National Health of the Kingdom of Canada

I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today January 1, 2024.

This Royal decree authorizes the immediate REDUCTION in ALL governmental labour force/staffing from 100% down to 10%.

This reduction in labour force affects ALL Bureaus, Treasuries,

Ministries, and Departments [all levels of governments from National, Provincial, Municipal and Territorial labour force/staff

Special Note:

Bureau of National Health and Provincial Health are to shift their focus [the 10% remaining labour force/staff] and transfer

All funding previously allocated [ie payroll cost/ budget of the 90% labour force dismissed as a result of this Royal Decree] toward the implementation of celestial chambers/MEDBEDs and operational tasks with staff already trained to work with the celestial chambers/MEDBEDs.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
