3] The Kingdom of Canada's Navy

4] The Kingdom of Canada's Space Force

5] The Kingdom of Canada's Special Ops

6] The We The People of the Kingdom of Canada

7] Bureau of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Canada

10] National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

11] Bureau of National Health of the Kingdom of Canada

I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today January 1, 2024 as follows:

1] Staffing Costs [24hours daily/7days week/364 days yearly],

2] Maintenance Costs [24hours daily/7days week/364 days yearly],

3] Security Costs [24hours daily/7days week/364 days yearly],

4] Food Costs for We The People [patient plus 1 main caregiver] going through the celestial chamber/medbeds

5] Housing Costs for We The People [patient plus 1 main caregiver] going through the celestial chamber/medbeds

6] Transportation Costs for We The People [patient plus 1 main caregiver]going through the celestial chamber/medbeds

7] Acquisition of additional buildings, outfitting of school buses, ambulances, Recreational Vehicles {RVs} to be used as additional celestial chambers/medbeds centres.

Special Note: Priority in access to the celestial chamber/MEDBEDs is based on the following:

a] Canadian Nationals

b] Severity of the present medical condition

c] Use of the Celestial chamber/MEDBEDs is FREE of charge. It’s already paid for by the We The Peoples money [The Budget].

d] Anyone requesting fees for whatsoever reasons from the We The People [Canadian Nationals] is to be immediately arrested and charged with TREASON and CORRUPTION.

e] Anyone providing access to non-Canadian Nationals or skipping the line-up or any any of the lawful processes to give priority to their friends and or family members shall be immediately arrested and charged with TREASON and CORRUPTION.

Further, I hereby authorize the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada and Provincial Treasuries to immediately release the above budget in 3 phases:

1] 33%,

2] 33%, and

3] 34%

Breakdown of Budget by Province and Territory

1] British Columbia – Seven hundred fifty [750] million

2] Alberta – Seven hundred fifty [750] million

3] Saskatchewan – Three hundred [300] million

4] Manitoba – Three hundred [300] million

5] Ontario – One [1] billion

6] Quebec – Nine hundred [900] million

7] New Brunswick – Three hundred [300] million

8] Nova Scotia – Three hundred [300] million

9] PEI – Thirty [30] million

10] Newfoundland and Labrador – 100 million

11] Yukon – Ten [10] million

12] Northwest Territories – Ten [10] million

13] Nunavut – Ten [10] million

Operational Budget = 4.760 billion

Emergency Fund = 240 million

Total Budget = 5 billion

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
