With immediate effect, all OIL, GAS, and LNG companies owned 100% by the We the People of the Kingdom of Canada are hereby authorized and permitted to build processing plants 1- 5 [one to five] in each Province and Territory.
Build those processing plants across the Kingdom of Canada.
Our economy depends on it.
And so it is.
