There is ZERO need for a separate bank, such as the Infrastructure Bank to handle infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Canada.

Decapitalize and dismantle the infrastructure bank and return all capitals [money and all assets] to the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada effective immediately.
