Re: Immediate cancellation and nullification of all funding agreements/contracts/subcontracts of all Foreign Missions/Embassies/ Consulates of the Kingdom of Canada worldwide

I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately dated today November 16, 2023 as follows:

1] Immediate cancellation and nullification of all funding agreements/contracts/subcontracts of all Foreign Missions/Embassies/ Consulates of the Kingdom of Canada worldwide/internationally

2] Return of all unused funding/ money to the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada previously budgeted for the above mentioned purpose/activities

3] Immediate cancellation and nullification of any and all contracts/subcontracts [leasing/renting] pertaining to the day to day operation of all Foreign Missions/Embassies/ Consulates of the Kingdom of Canada worldwide/internationally.

4] Immediate cancellation and nullification of any and all contracts/subcontracts [pertaining to staffing, equipment, and or services pertaining to the day to day operation of all Foreign Missions/Embassies/ Consulates of the Kingdom of Canada worldwide/internationally.

5] Immediate issuance of layoff notices to any and all staff working at all Foreign Missions/Embassies/ Consulates of the Kingdom of Canada worldwide/internationally.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
