Re: Mental Health
I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo Commander-in-Chief, National Indigenous Chief, Head of Government, Head of State, President and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately and dated today September 30, 2023 banning and prohibiting the use of medical forms [ie, form 10] etc, etc.
This decree is aimed at immediately stopping the bullying, intimidating, harrassing, and falsely arresting and subjecting to traumatic experience innocent Canadian nationals using medical forms such as form 10.
In addition, it has been observed that a select few have used and misused medical form 10 to steal financially from their spouse, children, and / or parents and relatives of financial resources.
Notice: All monies previously allocated and budgeted for this branch of the health Bureau/Ministry are to be returned to the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada immediately.
This Royal Decree is effective immediately.
And so it is.
