Re: Banning and prohibiting the use of We The Peoples money to fund all private secret [spy] agencies, including 5 eyes = zero. Dismantle all.

I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo Commander-in-Chief, National Indigenous Chief, Head of Government, Head of State, President and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately and dated today September 30, 2023 banning and prohibiting the use of We The Peoples money to fund private secret [spy] agencies inclusive their subsidiaries /subcontractors operating inside and outside the Kingdom of Canada, and around the World including the five [5] eyes.

All monies previously earmarked / budgeted for such activities are to be immediately returned to the Kingdom of Canada's National Treasury.

And so it is.
